My favorite cookbook. Everything turns out exactly the way it's supposed to and the flavors are spot on Caribbean. None of that adding jalepenos to arroz con pollo business certain Food Network chefs who fancy themselves Latin food experts who shall remain nameless do. Quality quality cookbook.
