As a four book series it is definitely two thumbs up and well worth the reading. Too many unanswered questions are left floating there for it to be a final book, but then again a in it leaves an opening for a number of new stories to become series spin-offs. Like what happened to Ivan after the hospital visit. Is his son Abram really dead or was that a convenient lie? Is it possible Abram I being a werewolf vampire human hybrid is going to be a whole new threat or the salvation of everyone? Will we have Werewolf Bounty Hunters next, and do Jack and Karina ever start that family.? Do Babushka Ana and Grigori show up later in spirit form either to Jack and Karina or to their offspring? And then there is always the question of reincarnation. So many paths to take from here . . . If she decides to run with any of them.
