Vampires have become the quintessential embodiment of irresistible evil, the creature we love to hate--seductive, immortal, insatiable. But there are those among us who dare to hunt these bloodsucking foes with a vengeance so passionate it borders on obsession. An enticing and thrilling collection, Vampire Slayers tells of the brave and bizarre warriors who take it upon themselves to fight these horrifying creatures. Eleven Fascinating tales, including "The Last Grave of Lill Warran," "Stragella," and "We Are Dead Together," reveal what happens when people take justice into their own hands in a battle against the darkness.

While this is a collection of stories previously published, they are all entertaining. This is not your sparkly, teenage angst, whiny vampire collection. There is no romance. There are no excuses made. Vampires are simply hunted and eliminated. This collection spans some of the classic pulp authors such as Hugh B. Cave and includes modern authors such as Charles de Lint and Tanya Huff. I recommend this one.
