After the dust settles on the most erotic night in her life, a fantasy-fulfilling experience that not only brought Sam back to life, but also laid her brutal demons to rest. Her lust for life returns with her irrepressible passion and she embraces the changes in her life, almost without reservation…almost.
Jason Sinclair is just the Dominant to take a woman like Sam on. She’s fearless and feisty, but when she lost herself, he nearly lost her all over again. By giving her that one night, he became more than her savior…he became her everything. Opening her up to what the future could hold with a potential life of hedonistic heaven together.
Or could one fantasy have been too far? Can the two super kinky souls really settle down together?
As much as Sam dreams of a happily ever after, she’s much too realistic and can’t seem to shake the dark clouds of doubt rolling in. Is the promise of domestic bliss bound to be cursed from day one or does the King of Kink have more tricks up his sleeve?
Dee Palmer lives just outside of London with her husband and (slightly embarrassed) children. Her passion is writing sexy steamy romance stories that will scorch the pages right off your kindle and are guaranteed to make your heart pound. She loves an HEA but isn't afraid to put her readers through the ringer before she delivers.
When not at her desk she can be found either fannying around on Facebook or with her nose stuck in her Kindle. Once in a while when the lights are down she might be spotted about town searching for the best French martinis and throwing some dubious shapes on the dance floor.
I want to start by saying that I came into this story not having the context of book one. Even so, I think the story recapped enough and I got a good idea of what happened to lead the characters to where they are. With that said, sexually, the story hit all the major spots. If I judged purely on this, it was a big winner in that aspect. However, I found it difficult to connect with the characters, specifically, Sam. By the time the story moved forward, I lost the interest that the sensual parts and Jason's demeanor had garnered. While this story is not for me, others may enjoy it. Safety: I can't confirm with having not read book one, but the vibe I picked up is that of a history of rape and abuse for the heroine. There is sharing.
This is book two in the Disgrace series. This is Jason & Sam from the Choices trilogy and then we got to see their story in Disgrace book 1. In book 2, after the events of book1, we see the MC seeing them come to an even keel or trying to. Sam and Jason are a couple trying to find a way for a Dominant and a Domme, then turned submissive, to end up living happily ever after. Their relationship compared to book 1-where in that book was mostly dark and full of angst, this book is more light and light angst. It is also full of passion and sexual tension. Jason is so possessive and obsessive when it comes to his woman. He totally loves his woman-Sam. There isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for her and he just wants to make her happy. Sam is totally independent and full of sass. She likes to do things her way and if you don’t, then move because she is going to just keep going because its her way or else. This couple has to learn how to mesh well and work their kinks/quirks out together. Sam loves the fact that Jason can dominate her, even though the dominatrix in her still occasionally rears her head.
OMG, this was a fantastic read with a snappy dialogue and great sexual scenes. There are a lot of twists and turns that kept me, the reader, on my toes and the ending left us on a super WTH cliffhanger that left me going OMG what next? I cannot wait for book 3 in this series. This was such a hot read and Jason & Sam so made this story what it is. I loved their truism to this story and the heat between then, even when they weren’t sure what was going on. I hope book 3 will be out soon.
We were first introduced to Jason & Sam in The Choices trilogy; they got to tell their own story in Disgraceful & WOW OH WOW that book was off the charts. So I was eager to have more Jason in my life. That guy is panty melting hot!
Disgrace was full of angst, plot twists and scorching hot sex, Ms Palmer can certainly write a steamy hot sex scene that leaves you wanting more!
Jason is a dominant alpha male and is Sam also a domme, both very strong willed characters The pair of them set every page on fire, together they were a perfect match. So I was beside myself excited when I realised there was a follow up.
However, I was left feeling slightly disappointed with Disgraceful; for me, it felt like the characters had lost their way a little, lost their edge. I didn't feel the dominance from either character and the story line was a little 'Mills & Boon' romance except their was some really scorching hot sex thrown in, some scenes left me needing a cold shower! The first half of the book didn't really go anywhere and was dedicated towards putting Sam back together. We know from Disgrace Sam was a broken soul and Jason was charged with putting her back together. Jason was very tentative and would do anything to ensure Sam's happiness and wellbeing.
Every now and then it started to get a little angsty but it was soon resolved or played down. Perhaps I'm just a sucker for punishment when I say I like to have my emotions ripped to shreds and put back together again (which Disgraceful and Choices did). About half way through we get a inkling of some heartache that is brewing and this is touched upon towards the end of the book... which I'm guessing will be resolved in the final book of the trilogy.
Also, the book centres around the 2 MCs - Jason and Sam, there is little interaction from outside characters although there are references to other characters from the previous books. Jason's twin brother makes a couple of appearances and we do get to see a little of Jason's dominance shining through when his jealous streak makes an appearance and I think that's what this book needed more off... The powerful alpha male that we know Jason is. He's still as sexy as hell though!
The book does finish on a "Oooooh never saw that coming" moment so I will have to patiently wait for the final part due out next year.
Disgraceful is set to be a trilogy but I think it may have been suited to being a duet instead? I enjoyed the book, just not as much as the previous books in this series. If you haven't read any of Ms Palmers other books then what are you waiting for... One click now! But please don't buy if BDSM or off the charts sex is not your thing.
ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
Firstly, if you haven't read book #1, Disgrace, where the hell have you been?! It's an absolute must read and essential before reading this one.
Jason is as drool worthy as ever. An all encompassing alpha, who's dominant and fiercely protective.
Sam has at her fingertips, everything she ever wanted but knew she would never have. Can she put her trust in someone else, one more time? And how tentative is her faith in getting what she dreams of having?
It's really hard to sum up this book without giving anything in book #1 away. What I will say, is that it's a beautifully written, deliciously dirty story.
There are twists and turns that have you wondering where it's all going to end...and boy, does it end on a high! I'm not talking a HEA - or not - no spoilers here. I mean that high you get when you end a book and your heart is in your throat, be in it joy or in sorrow. When you can feel the palpitations beating away as your stomach twists, knowing you're going to have to wait for the next book.
Dee Palmer has become one of my "go-to" authors. Her writing seems to go from strength to strength and I find myself loving each book a little more. I think this is aided in the way her books interconnect, even crossing over between trilogies and sharing characters. It's becomes a community where you get to know everyone, immersing yourself in the books. That being said, after finishing Disgraceful, I kind of hate her too! She's a cruel, cruel woman and I'm now itching to get my hands on the next book! It's been perfectly set up for book #3, with questions left unanswered and lives altered. Get writing lady! So, if you haven't read book #1 yet, get it! Read it! It's so worth it. If you have, I'm sure you're as anxious as I was to get book #2 and I promise, it delivers and so much more!
Hot, funny, Sexy, with a lil angst. This book was just what I needed. Jason and Sam are so off the charts hot. What I wouldn't give to be her! I needed a cold shower after like the first 10%!!!! oh and that ending!!! whoa! can't wait to see how this ends!! Dee nailed this!
I absolutely LOVE this book! Firstly, if you haven't read book #1, Disgrace, where the hell have you been?! It's an absolute must read and essential before reading this one.

This book took me a little longer than normal to get into compared to Dee's previous books and I'm still not sure why. It's hot!! The characters are as fantastic as ever. Sam especially made me laugh. I love how her personality really shines in this book. I love how hers and Jason's relationship has developed and changed so much since they first met. There's a surprise that was so unexpected and delivered absolutely perfectly that I loved. But I struggled a bit with the first half of this book. It seemed to be lots of sex and not a lot of progress to their story. Jason seemed to have lost his alpha/Dom attitude and I missed that (even though I still loved him). The story started to pick up for me halfway through and that's when I started to really enjoy it.
Jason's brother Will is another fantastic character. I'm really not sure what i think of him. I'm confused about his real feelings towards a certain someone and I'd love to get his POV/story at some point so that I can make sense of how his mind is working.
There are a lot of sex scenes in this book but when you put together an ex domme and a sex club owner who have intense sexual chemistry between them, its to be expected...that's a subtle warning that if you don't like lots of sexiness, this probably won't be the book for you. But it's not all sex. It's also about how Sam and Jason's relationship is changing and how they're dealing with past events and recent discoveries and it left me desperate for the last book in this trilogy.
Wow, just..WOW. If you like em sexy, a little bdsm thrown in then snatch this trilogy u p. Yeah, yeah...I know it's not all out yet, but the first two are and there are full...of angst, sex, kink, joy, laughter and gasps; erotic gasps, laughing gasps, murderous gasps. Disgraceful is book 2 of the series...and I'm not gonna tell you what happened in book 1 cuz I'm not a spoil sport...just read the flippin' thing...see if you can get through it without giving yourself a hand...or high tailing it to your significant other with pleas falling from your lips...LOL
So Sam and Jason are an item. A hot n heavy, loving, teasing, glorious item. Richard is gone, Sam is happy...or is she. Can she be happy? Or do mixed emotions lead her on...Does her friendship with Leon change, and how do Sam and Jason get on with Will? Questions abound at the beginning of Disgraceful..and all throughout. This is filled with angsty emotional goodness., the sexy we love Dee Palmer for, and the suspense that ratchets up when Jason misses THE date of the year...Valentines Day, where he's to submit to the Mistress...What happens when Sam makes a request that can turn their relationship on it's ear? OMG...I so wanna talk about all of this..but I can't. I cannot possibly let you NOT feel all of this for yourself. Gah.... Amsterdam? Holy hotness... Valentine's Day? What a dummy... Will??? Another STELLAR story in the Disgrace Trilogy...and I'm impatiently going to wait now...
After reading and loving the first book 'Disgrace' I really couldn't wait for book #2 'Disgraceful'. And it really didn't disappoint.
Loved been submerged in to Jason and Sam's world again. Unlike the first book which had some pretty dark moments and angst, this book was more about how the passionate relationship between these two really likable characters as grown.
Jason is so obsessed, possessive and head over heels for Sam which I love that in a bbf. As book boyfriends go he's up there with the best, love him. Sam, she's funny and sassy. Even though she's adapting really well and loving been submissive for Jason, the dominatrix in her still occasionally rears it's head.
I really like Dee Palmer's writing style, it's easy to read, flows really well and the scenes are so well described its easy to visualize it. Especially the sex scenes, Dee Palmer does sex scenes well ... really well !
Finally, the ending ... omg. I'm not going to divulge that obviously but I really need the next book like NOW ! Overall it's a hot, sexy, romantic read. 5***** recommended stars.
Holy Hotness! I don't think anyone who reads this book will have dry panties! The Alpha male Goodness and the scorching sex scenes will absolutely melt you reading devices!
I haven't read the first book Disgrace, but that doesn't mean that I couldn't pick up who the characters or what the storyline was about. I instantly fell in love with the main and even the secondary characters. I will definitely be reading the first book to see how it all started. This book is a trilogy and does leaves in HEA for now with a small cliff hanger.
This was my first book from Dee but will not be my last. I have definitely found me a new go to author.
This was a good read. It had some steamy love scenes and a hot alpha dominant hero. Our heroine, Sam, was pretty good. Evidently she was a Domme at some point in her life, yet she was a good sub for Jason. I can totally see her as a Domme since I thought she spent a lot of time being sassy and I felt she was trying to top from the bottom.
Be warned, this ends on a cliffhanger. This was the second book in the series, but I totally understood what was happening with out reading the first one. I'll probably read the next one just to see what happens since Will, Jason's twin brother, is such a big part of their lives.
*thanks to Ardent PR for sharing a copy of this with me*
Cliffy alert!! OMG!! I'm reeling!! This book will have you hooked!! Hot twin brothers even hotter sex and a plot line to keep you guessing!! Dee you've done it again!! Keep them coming please!!
*MINOR SPOILER WARNING: As this is book 2 in the series there may be minor spoilers or previous plot references below.*
It’s funny how life works. You’re moving along at your own pace, perfectly comfortable with where you’re heading and then…boom! You run head long into a massive unexpected detour that you never saw coming. We met Jason (H) and Sam (h) in Disgrace, Dee Palmer’s first entry into the Disgrace series, and now in Disgraceful, book 2, we have their continuing journey, detours and all.
“As a new piece of jewelry to me, it shouldn’t feel so good, but it does.”
Sam (Grace/Mistress Selina) has been to hell and back. Rescued from a former abuser, Disgraceful picks up right where we left off in Disgrace. Flying high on the love and devotion of her Sir and lover Jason, Sam is ready for the next steps in their life together. Or is she?
“What did I do to deserve all this? What did I do to deserve Jason?”
Jason Sinclair is a man on a mission. Capturing the love of his life was just the beginning of the battle. Securing their future, creating their ‘new normal’ is now his sole focus. If only he could convince Sam they deserve their beautiful life together.
“We have our own normal, beautiful, and our marriage will be everything we want it to be.”
Disgraceful very much focuses on the emotional fall out of Sam. Her sense of worth and value to Jason and their relationship. Part of this stems from her previous abuse and part in giving up her Domme persona. She’s feeling unworthy and lost, unable to see who the ‘new’ Sam is going to be. As the dust settles, for the time being, all of her negative emotions are pushing forward and vying for first place in the rush of her doubts.
“Now all I can feel is a huge wave of uncertainty and a sense of my own doom.”
As ever, waiting to catch Sam when she falls, Jason quickly works to allay her doubts and fears to show her how much he loves her – not because she deserves his heart, but because she already owns it and is a part of him – she belongs to Jason, body and soul. His devotion and caring to her wellbeing is a beautiful thing to see.
“The physical scars healed, but I didn’t know how to heal the scars on the inside. Jason did…he saved me.”
Schmexy times ensue liberally throughout. The hot passionate sex life Jason and Sam enjoy does not dull under the pressures of an up and coming marriage and new life together. This couple is as hot as ever with Sam dishing out the sassy and Jason taking command. Their emotions shine through the heat painting a picture of loving worship. There are BDSM elements here and there, but overall in kinky factor, Disgraceful is much more BDSM lite.
“She possesses me when she comes apart in my hands and surrenders everything she is; in that moment, she is at her most vulnerable, most beautiful, and that’s why she f*@/ing owns me.”
I enjoyed Disgraceful and seeing where Jason and Sam are headed. Three and a half stars, for me, is a solid good book. Why not 4 or 5 stars? Two issues prevented a higher rating. The repeated dialogue regarding the ‘sharing’ of Sam or ‘threesomes’ in the couples future is one of them. Jason repeatedly claims he does not want to share Sam and their experience prior was a onetime deal. Sam claims she sees Jason’s jealousy and does not want to cause any hurt to him. Nevertheless, even though they both have uneasy feelings through the entirety of the book they still engage in a threesome with Jason’s brother Will. We get peeks with Will in the story that may hint of an additional story line; however, I was not convinced this couple had communicated and resolved the issues with sharing before indulging again. Along the same vein, my second issue, Sam repeatedly brings up her desire to ‘Top’ Jason. They even make a playdate at the club that is later thwarted for various reasons. Jason states many times that submission is not his kink and he will derive no physical pleasure from her domination. Still Sam persists. She internalizes that she does not want to do that to him, to have him not experience pleasure, but it does not stop her from setting up the date. I don’t have an issue with compromise or an H/h giving pleasure and not receiving for various reasons; however, at its heart BDSM is about deep emotional vulnerability, trust and connection with your partner – I didn’t feel that connection here. I was completely convinced of their love for each other – not so much the respect of one another’s kinks and limits. I adored seeing Sam accept and embrace her love for Jason – I just wish she had respected his limits as well.
“The jealousy is inevitable, but I’ll deal.”
Disgraceful is a short enjoyable layover into the continuing journey of Jason and Sam’s love and life story. Although there’s some slight turbulence, the story smooths out and flows well. It kept my interest and I read through it in one sitting. I look forward to seeing where this couple heads to next in part 3 of the series.
“Him holding me like I am his anchor to the earth, when the truth is he is mine.”
*I received this ebook as an ARC. This in no way effects my rating or review.*
K’s Category: 2nd date, second novel read by author to date. Characters: M/F OM/OW: No Sex: Yes, descriptive HEA: More of HFN with more to follow Standalone: Yes and No. While this story can stand by itself you will have a much richer experience reading Disgrace first. The emotional and relationship development is beautiful and you’re missing out on key components of Jason and Sam’s journey if you don’t 1-click it first.
This is the second book in the Disgrace trilogy in which Jason and Sam are trying to find a balance in their dom sub relationship, Jason is a very sexy dominate man who will do anything to protect Sam, I would recommend that you read book one to find out what happened to make him so protective of her, but with his worklife balance being disrupted he is struggling to always be there. Sam is use to dominating men but falls into the role of Jason's sub easily. I personally miss the strong dominate Sam and would like to see her reappear. There isn't as much drama in this book as the first but the story is still very well written and I'm still in love with the characters. Jason's brother Will appears a few times throughout the book but I personally would like to know more about him. Wow the ending had me on the end of my seat and I desperately need more! Hats off to Dee on yet another brilliant book!

Jason and Sam WOW ! together they are one seriously hot couple, this is just the kind of book I needed.
This is the second book in the series and I have to say I haven't read the first one, but I picked up the story nicely and now I need not only the next book but the first one too !!
I loved the chemistry throughout this book along with the suspenseful story ... I desperately need to know more. Dee Palmer I love your writing style and will be on the look out for more.
Disgraceful is the second book in the Disgrace trilogy. Disgraceful is a hot sexy book that you can get lost in quickly. Sam and Jason set the pages on fire with their steamy romance in the bedroom and out as nothing is off limits. You will be on an emotional roller coaster ride while reading through these pages. You will see and feel the fierce protectiveness of Jason and what he will do to make Sam happy. You will feel the doubts and anxiety of Sam no matter how much she loves Jason as they build on their relationship and travel down the road of life hitting on their past, present and hopefully the future. Its hot steamy fun book filled from page one til the end with twist and turns that make it really exciting to look forward to reading the final book in this series . **Reviewed by Hot Box Reviews blog** ** I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book **
This book is part 2 to the authors first book Disgrace which l loved continuing on the story of Jason and Sam
I must admit I didn't fall in love with Jason straight away I thought he was to good to be true but after this book I must admit I'm rooting for him and Sam of course
We continue on from where we left off with most of the main characters returning in this book which l must admit l was really happy about, Jason and Sam are trying to adjust to what they think is the "norm relationship" but omg the scenes in this story for a "norm relationship" are off the hook and had me secretly wanting some of it, Sam is finding her happiness and Jason is trying to protect what's his.
This storry leads on brilliantly from book 1 and book 2 did not disssapoint, l can not wait for book 3 to see what happens, can 2 Doms make a right??
This is Dee’s second book in the Disgrace trilogy. Sam and Jason are still trying to figure out the in’s and out to the relationship. This book is so very hot, but it also has a bit of trouble. Sam’s past decides to show up. She is faced with the very thing that has made her stay away from love.
I loved this book. In regular Dee fashion, she gives us everything we need. But still leaves us wanting for more. To say I’m dying for book three would be an understatement. ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review. Reviewed by Heather from Kinky Kittens Book Blog
Disgraceful is the second book in the Digrace Trilogy aad is an excellent book from beginning to end. Jason and Sam's relationship continues to evolve even more. Sam is still recovering from the trauma that she experienced in the first book. The engaged couple try hsrd to make their relationship work more than just sexually while dealing with Sam's low self esteem. Their relationship is put to the test while dealing with outside forces. This amazing author writes a wonderful, romantic bdsm and suspense story that catches you and doesn't let you go. There is a big cliffhanger at tge end, but am sure will have an awesome ending in the last book of this trilogy. Can't wait to read book three when it comes out..
Disgraceful is the second book in Dee Palmers A Disgrace Trilogy, and continues the story of the beautiful, feisty, bombshell, Sam and her gorgeous, sexy, fiancé and Dom Jason. Once again Palmer doesn't disappoint because Disgraceful is Hot Hot Hot! I love Sam’s snarky remarks and I think after the last book, we all love when Jason’s twin brother Will makes an appearance! If you love sexy Doms, hot steamy romances, with a little suspense and humor mixed in, then this book is for you!!! There is a cliffhanger at the end, that will leaving you counting down the days to January, but this is a Five Star read you don't want to miss!
Wow oh wow This book is the second in the disgrace series. It continues the hot story of Jason and Sam and the way their perfect works for them. There is a lot of hot sex as can be expected from this brilliant author. The storyline is believable and easy to follow and if you didn't already love the characters from book 1 then you will definitely fall head over heels with them in this book. Can't wait for the next in the series to see where their lives take them next. Well done in a brilliant book Dee Palmer xxx
Wow!! The best part of a trilogy is when the story flows through each book. And this book does it. It doesn't start years later like some second books and I love the storyline.
It's the second book to disgraced and Dom on Dom scene is great and different. Nothing like the Dom and Sub books you may have read before.
It's a very good attention grabber and I would recommend this book to anyone!!! Can't wait for the third book!! Love love love this trilogy so far!!
This story tells us how Sam and Jason’s relationship has developed and changed. This storyline is packed with angst, humour, twists, sexiness, and scorching hot sex scenes. Can a Dominant and a Domme, turned Submissive, have a happy ever after?? You really need to read this Trilogy for yourself to find out! No spoilers from me. Once again Dee has done a wonderful job in writing this storyline, and I was intrigued and hooked throughout. Personally, I cannot wait to find out how this trilogy ends.
Loved it! Dee Palmer is a sure thing for goood BDSM reading! I fell in love with Sam and Jason in the Choices Series. Their chemistry was off the charts HOT, STEAMY, and ANGSTY. Both are Dommes with strong stubborn characters. In this installment they're more passionate and their banter was quite humorous and fun. And the ending... Wow got me! Disgraceful is book 2 of the Disgrace series. Hurry up book 3❣
Hot hot hot!!! Dee Palmer hits book 2 out of the park!!! I want more Jason!!! Sam and Jason have amazing chemistry! We journey thru the ups and downs of their relationship, and then, the ending.... I can just see the author "dropping the mic" and laughing because we are all hooked and dying for book 3!!!! Don't be scared, even though we are left wanting more, I was more than satisfied reading this book!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Soooo this is the erotic tale of Sam and jason. It well written and has enough drama and has left me googling all kinds of interesting topics lol. I loved the characters which is always important to me, but the series is not over yet ?! The end of this book has left me gagging for the next part, fantastic books if you like erotic / romance would recommend this series
The second book in Sam and Jason's steamy story. Yet another winner from Dee Palmer. Sam and Jason are trying to find a way for a Dominant and a Domme, turned submissive, to live happily together. A HOT interlude in an Amsterdam sex club shows how this might be achieved. Not as much angst as the first book in the trilogy, but an OMG ending Can't wait to see how this trilogy ends.
Loved the second book of the Disgrace Trilogy! Sam & Jason's story continues and its just as hot and sexy as the first. I'm just a little upset I now have to wait for the third book! Dee does a fantastic job writing about the intense love Sam & Jason have for each other. Can't wait for book 3, thanks Dee!
Just WOW. This is the 2nd book about Jason and Sam and their version of a perfect relationship . Dee has a wonderful style of writing that I absolutely love, and the ending is an OMG moment....talk about a cliffhanger! Book 3 can't come soon enough.
Wow, I already loved Jason and Sam together, but now I love them even more. I can't wait to read the third book! There is the perfect amount of mystery and intrigue to balance this book out. I can't wait for more!
