Aston, a Stone Pack Beta, has been content in his role as Jasper’s second in command, but after watching his Alpha find love with his mate, he starts longing for a mate of his own, but his wolf isn’t interested in any of his current options. Tasked with a reconnaissance mission, he is set upon by shifters from the Milton Pack and saved by a woman who instantly arouses his wolf. Too bad she’s not a shifter.
“I’d change everything for you.”
All Jade remembered when she woke in the hospital was the handsome man she’d met in the woods, but what was she doing there to begin with? Then he showed up at the hospital to check on her and eventually brings her home to recover with his enormous extended family, hoping to help her regain her memory. Over time, bits and pieces come back to her, but she doesn’t like what she discovers.
Can they overcome their heritage to build a future?
Brilliant 2nd book of the series but can be read as a stand-alone the story is Ashton has got restless since his alpha had found his mate his wolf wanted that for himself. He is asked to go on a mission for his alpha another pack Milton pack wants a little girl who they say is pack back she was rescued in the last book but this other pack is disgraceful with a mean and bully for an alpha. Jade has lost her memory after being attacked by wolves whilst saving one. Ashton is the wolf saved by Jade and he is the one to take her to the hospital she is his mate. An attempt is made on her life at the hospital Ashton comes and takes her back to the packs house saying she in protective custody until they find out what is going on and getting her memories back. Jade the name Ashton gave her starts getting memories back doesn’t tell Ashton as she remembers where she comes from the Milton pack. Ashton finally realises which pack she is from but has claimed and mated her he is conflicted and turns his back on her. Jade has no other choice but to take Arille back to her pack her alpha hits she tries to stand up to him Jasper and Ashton make it just in time. Ashton is devastated at how he treated Jade and needs to get to her when he finds her and the alpha makes an attempt on her life he is filled with rage and kills the other alpha now what happens to the Milton pack is up to Ashton and Jade
Aston's longing for his mate is understandable. But good things come to those who wait. Jade is noble, selfless and brave. Despite danger, she's willing to put your life first before her own. Aston had me fangirling over how incredibly sweet and considerate he was (in and out of the bedroom), especially when it came to Jade, even though he claims she's not his mate. I loved how this story was a continuation with the characters from the first book. Nothing but love for Amber and Jasper. Everything just tied nicely together. Jades past was unexpected and more importantly made the story come full circle. I am so excited for the next book in the series.📚😍🐾🌹💘🌙
The story was okay, but ultimately it fell a little flat for me. Amnesia stories are a bit tricky to pull off in a romance, and this one didn't quite manage to pull it off for me. There were too many secrets that were being kept that I think were meant to be about suspense, but just came across as bad decisions. The ending felt rushed, and if there had actually been another story in the series that might have helped, but as it stands it desperately needed an epilogue. There was the potential for a good story, but just a few too many missteps and missed opportunities to really work for me.
I am loving this series and I can't wait for the next one to become available. This book manages to be funny and sexy and magical while still having a strong thread of intrigue that pulls the reader in and keeps them guessing. Aston's rooted in his loyalty to his family and pack and Jade is desperate for someone to love her for her. It's almost painful watching them try to resist the chemistry that pulls them together.
Once he got what said he wanted he denied her. Jude was all that he could dream of but something was holding him back. It took her walking away for him to appreciate the gift he received. It was good the way this story tied in to the first book of the series.
Aston wants a mate and Jade(Moira) wants an escape!
Ever since Aston's alpha, Jasper, found his mate Aston's wolf has been driving him crazy wanting one now to. To give him something else to focus on Jasper sends him on a mission to check out the neighboring pack that has been issuing threats. While out, Aston encounters 2 wolves ready to fight and Jade steps in to help him even though chances are high they will kill her. After helping, she is knocked unconscious, so while Aston thinks she isn't a wolf he rushes her to the alpha then to the hospital. When she wakes up she has lost her memories and then is attacked again. Aston, feeling protective and attached, becomes her guard. Gradually her memories come back to show that she is from the pack that is causing problems and she hides them from him afraid of how he will react. After they officially mate, the truth comes out and Aston reacts badly pushing her away. When Jade returns to talk it out with him, she over hears them discussing why the packs are fighting. She returns to her old pack thinking she was protecting Aston and his pack even if he didn't want her anymore. While there Jasper, Aston and his pack coming looking for her and end up killing her abusive alpha. Jasper and Jade then ask Aston to take over being alpha for the pack that no longer has one.
In my opinion, this book was great. I actually think Jade loosing her memory helped because Aston would have seen the lies and they wouldn't have bonded before him finding out. James showing up was really a turning point when he told the men how the females in the other pack were treated, I think it opened up Aston's eyes and the fact that she left him her only possession to her name proved to him that regardless she loved him! Can't wait for more of this series!

Loved this book as much as I did the first in the series. The characters are amazing and the story line flows exceptionally well. Jade losing her memory after the fight was sad, but it was actually helpful as well. It helped her keep her defenses down while she was with the Stone pack. Not knowing the full details immediately about why she was originally there, she was able to let go and let love in...and have the time and patience to let Aston into her heart. Even though everyone believed Jade was human and not a shifter, Aston's wolf knew who she was...his mate. His reaction to who she truly is was bad, but understandable. I'm happy things worked out the way they did, but sad about what they had to go through to get there. Thank you for another amazing read...can't wait for the next one.
FAMILY. Jade is the second book in the Stone Pack series. It is a short novella with a soft cliffhanger and can be read as a standalone though it is clear this isn't the end of their story. We first meet Aston, and the Stone pack in Amber. I would suggest you read that story first as it helps to explain events in this book. There is violence and sex so 18+.
Aston is in the woods when he is attacked by several members of the Milton pack. A female saves him but is hurt in the process and can't remember who she is. What will happen once she regains her memory? I look forward to reading more about the other members of the Stone pack in future books.
I received a copy of this novella and have chosen to write a review for other readers.
This was a first by this author and a first in this series that I have read. It was an enjoyable novelle about shape shifters and what they do for love. Loved Aston and Jade and cant wait to see more of their love come together. I enjoyed reading this book and cannot wait to read more of this series.I received a copy of this novella and have chosen to write a review for other readers.
This review is from: Jade (Stone Pack Book 2) (Kindle Edition) Wow, I really liked this super sweet shifter romance about an amnesiac who helps out with a clan shifter war. As she slowly gains her memory, she's not sure if it is helpful to her new relationship or not. I voluntarily reviewed this book after receiving an advanced review copy.
The second in the Stone Pack series, continues the story of Jasper, Amber and little Arrielle as well as the beta Ashton. There is a new danger coming to the Stone Pack. Danger to little Arrielle. As well as a possible mate for Ashton. I highly recommend one start with book one Amber, before reading this. Enjoy.
This is the story of Jade and how love change your entire life. I really enjoy the sense of family that the Stone pack has. I recommend this to anyone who believes in love. I can't wait for the next one!
Glad Aston got his story. I think Jade/ Moira is going to be great. Arielle knew she reminded her of her mother. Can't wait for the next,t book. I voluntarily review an advanced copy
Great Story, Makes Me Want To Read The First & The Next
Really enjoyed this from beginning to end. Really gives me questions about what's next? What will happen to the little girl? What will happen as Jade tells more of her past? And what will happen to Jamie?
This was a good story about an unfortunate woman raised in a sad unlovable wolf shifter den! She gets rescued but has no memories. The new den is full of strong loving loyal families and they merge the two dens. Making the bad den strong again!
Never read any of this series before so I was lost on some things, but the plot was good. Some characters are annoying to me though and I'm not sure why lol. Good story, sexy shifters.
I'm really liking the Stone Pack series. Aston finds his mate in this one and we get to see some of Jasper and Amber from book one. Can't wait to see what's in store for this pack in the next one.
This is a great book and a quick easy read. Imagine your true mate isn't who you think it is. The characters are well developed and you can't help but become emotionally attached. I highly recommend this book.
