LOVE how this book goes though the whole 25 years of Pokemon since the TV Series started!!

I am an adult myself and love anime series. But to actually see everything from my childhood in a book format is even better.

This book shows the development of the characters, the regions, the stories and the great expanding world of Pokemon. The drawings and artwork also show the gradual change over time.

I could never remember so much information, so it is great to see that they released a book with EVERYTHING in it! It also have information about the Gym leaders in each region and the battles Ash fought and won/Lost.

Definitely a book for ANY pokemon fan, old or new! And ever better; for all ages!

My son gave this book 5 out of 5. He is a Pokémon fan extraordinaire, so I trust his judgement.

It’s a good reference book that you can dip in and out of and it is structured in a logical and helpful way. We actually read it cover to cover, over a two and a half month time period, but my son is a super-fan, so I’d say we would be in the minority doing that.

I feel like I now should have some sort of qualification for my knowledge of Pokémon!

War eigentlich mehr just for fun, weil das Buch noch wo lag. War mal wieder ganz nett in alten Erinnerungen zu schwelgen, womit man irgendwie groß geworden ist :D

It was not what I would have expected as an encyclopedia. It's more like a summary of the stories from the anime/manga - I assume (haven't seen/read most of the episodes). Considering that, it was a nice read. My son loves it and read it for hours. I also enjoyed it for keeping up with what's been happening in the Pokemon universe over the last 25 years.

Unfortunately, there are some typos and major plot lines are missing, which is a bit odd for a bestseller. Still, the value for money is immense.
