Summary: The Butterfly Garden: By Don Hutchison - A Quick Summary!

Rate this book
The Butterfly Garden is a novel written by Don Hutchinson. The novel’s premise is that there is a mysterious kidnapper at large, kidnapping young women between sixteen and twenty-one. The kidnapper has the help of his son, and he puts tattoos of butterflies on the women’s backs. What lies beneath the intriguing and inviting premise is up for us to discover, but according to what we now know, we can easily assume that The Butterfly Garden will surely be a novel to remember.
Another interesting thing about the novel is that it is mostly written in first person, through the eyes of one of the kidnapped girls, who got rescued by FBI. This means that the novel is actually beginning at the end of the story, and that what we read is the story of a captive girl.
Who is the mysterious “butterfly kidnapper,” why is he kidnapping sixteen-to-twenty-one-year-old girls, and what secrets are hidden in the lovely mansion surrounded by gardens and butterflies?
