Interesting read

There a lot of plot twist in the book. I loved the dragons but hated how they were always human or evil when they should be good and in true form. This book would of been perfect for male human and full non human female dragon. Sadly it just ended up human to human even if they were half dragons or dragons. Plot was well written and few mistakes and forgotten letters but nothing that that bad. Maybe book 2 will fix that? There a lot of open ends and cliff hangers. Very sad what happened to some people and some dragons and their mates. Why did they separate? They should have stayed together and helped from behind scenes and enjoy their love. Also sad there was no riding dragons and being bonded and connected to them. Maybe in time other races will realize that dragons are good and only a few if any are bad.

I loved this story of high fantasy about five friends; who take a journey together to save Alonica from the grip of evil dragons. My favorite part of the book was the characters and how they came together from different races that don't usually get along, to achieve the same goal and becoming strong friends through their journey. My second favorite part of this book was the dragons. Even though the dragons are different from the other races, it is interesting to see the world from their viewpoints and see their schemes; whether it be for the benefit of Alonica or the benefit of themselves.
