LET IT SNOW (A Christmas Valley Romance, Book 3; 50,700 words)

The weather outside is frightful...

But inside Micah Barrow’s house, it’s just delightful.

Sylvie French has been hired by Micah’s family to decorate his house for Christmas. It’s a surprise for the returning Marine, recovering from a harrowing battle in which three of his friends were killed.

Micah doesn’t like surprises, or being woken up out of a dead sleep to Christmas music blasting through his house. All he wants is be left alone. He doesn’t need a knock-out Christmas decorator spouting holiday cheer, either, and really, did she have to fall off the ladder just because he yelled at her? His first day home and he not only has to take Sylvie to the ER, but now he’s on a guilt trip to help her finish decorating the tree. And what’s with Mother Nature dumping 36” of snow while they work?

Micah’s been without a woman for too long, but Sylvie’s appeal goes beyond that. He’s never believed in love at first sight, but too bad for him—in his family, that’s the way the genetic dice rolls. Sylvie’s had only one serious relationship, which ended in betrayal. Sure, she likes Micah, and man, can he kiss, but their relationship is missing something. Something important.

Micah doesn’t get why Sylvie shies away.

Can Sylvie unravel the problem herself in time to spend Christmases-ever-after with the man of her dreams?

Book three in the A Christmas Valley Romance series a well written story that I enjoyed reading. Sylvie French comes to finish off decorating Micah Barrow’s house as a surprise from his family when he comes home from the Marine's. Well, Sylvie gets the surprise when a gun wielding au naturel Micah storms into the room she is working in and scares her so she falls off the ladder she is on. She separates her shoulder so Micah takes her to the hospital then brings her back to his home so they can finish together what she has to do. When they are finished Micah goes to drive her home but with the amount of snow that has accumulated she has to stay. Reading how these two spend the time together makes this story. I read this book through KU and I am voluntarily reviewing. I would recommend this book.

Talented Author sweet story

If you like your romance with a sweet side this is a great book. Not getting caught up in the physical list of a new relationship, Ann Sima's writes for those of us that are okay with little detail in the bedroom. An enjoyable plot and further progress on the storyline that is Christmas valley. Plus a heart issue that brings it all back to love.

Let it Snow

Another good Holiday story based in the Small town of Christmas Valley. I'm enjoying these characters and the stories of all of their Happily Ever Afters.

I am just loving the CHRISTMAS VALLEY ROMANCE books. This book gives us Sylvie & Micah. Love at first sight, some ups & downs and an HEA. We also get to hear from the other characters in the set of books as they interact and offer advice. This is my 2nd read by this author and I can't wait to read more from her.

Let it Snow is a magical Christmas romance about overcoming obstacles and opening your heart to true love.

Sylvie is a decorator hired by Micah's family to spruce up his house for the holidays as a welcome home surprise, but it's actually Sylvie that gets the surprise when Micah suddenly appears from the bedroom. Micah's a military veteran and suffers from PTSD so Sylvie's presence sends him into survival mode and he inadvertently injures her. Once fully awake, Micah realizes Sylvie needs medical attention and takes her to the emergency room then for pizza where the pair feel an intense connection. Wanting to finish decorating and gather her supplies, Sylvie and Micah return to his home only to be snowed in...for days. Their relationship begins to blossom, but something is holding Sylvie back. Can she figure out what it is before she loses Micah?

Let it Snow is a beautiful romance that will melt your heart, even on the coldest winter night. The author has a definite gift for spinning captivating stories and it's easy to lose yourself in the pages. The characters are well developed and likable. I felt an instant connection with Sylvie and Micah and longed for them to overcome the issues holding back their happily ever after. I found it difficult to put the book down and am hoping there will be more in the series.

I highly recommend picking up a copy.

Let It Snow y Ann Simas is the first book I have read by this author. It's the third book in her Christmas Valley romance series. It can be read as a standalone book. I thought it was a good book. I enjoyed reading Micah and Slyvie's story. It is full of Christmas magic, love, and more. Sylvie is hired to decorate a house for Christmas and she figures she should get it done asap. She doesn't realize the owner is home so she puts on her Christmas music and begins the job at hand. Then she is started by Micah and ends up falling off a ladder and getting hurt. He checks her over and gives her his diagnosis and insists she go to the hospital. Unfortunately she is unable to finish the job or any others due to her injury. The two of the spend time together and they have chemistry but there is something missing there. Sylvie decides she needs space to figure things out and Micah is devastated. Will she be able to figure things out? Or will she continue to run away from him? Will he be able to convince her that he's the man for her? Or will the two of them end up miserable without each other? I would recommend Let It Snow to anyone who enjoys Christmas romances. I look forward to reading more books in this series as well.

This story left you feel warm and fuzzy inside when you finish it. I love reading stories about small towns where everyone knows everyone and helps each other. This is one of those stories. Sylvie is decorating Micah’s house for the holidays as a surprise for when he gets home. But little does Sylvie know she is in for a surprise, Micah is home and scares her when she is decorating the tree. Their first time meeting each other is not a good one. You’re not sure if they like each other at all. But the tables turn when Sylvie hurts her shoulder and he ends up taking care of her. Do sparks fly as they get to know each other? Is it love at first site? Grab a warm cup of hot cocoa and curl up are read to find out how their story goes.
