For generations, the Jensen family has staked their claim in the heart of the American West. Now the legacy continues as twin brothers Ace and Chance Jensen find justice . . . swinging from a hangman’s noose.
THE BAD ALSO DIE YOUNG
In a court of law, it takes twelve jurors to convict a killer. Two of them are Jensens. It all started when those Jensen boys, Ace and Chance, got roped into jury duty. It should have ended when justice was served with the killer dancing on the end of a rope. But no. This is just the beginning of the death sentence for Ace, Chance, and the other ten terrified jurors.
A JURY OF TWELVE MEN AND DEAD
He’s one of the most notorious outlaws in the west. He’s also the brother of the hanged killer. Now he’s here in town—and plans to slaughter the jurors, one by one. There’s just one hitch:
Ace and Chance aren’t getting ready for judgment day. They’re gunning for justice—Jensen style . . .

Ace and Chance Jensen find themselves in a town being terrorized by an outlaw with a gang. Eventually called for jury duty, the jurors are being threatened if they convict the gang’s leader to die by rope….and that’s only half the story!
Murder, revenge, desperation, western suspense - quite a story for those who enjoy the Western genre!
Twins act like deputies yet keep refusing stars. We get invested in characters who keel over. Pete, arrested for murder, threatens his big brother Otis, longtime gone from Lone Pine, will take revenge on jury who declare him guilty, including Ace and Chance.
Ace and Chance are a lot like the Jensens they are related to even if they do not know they are related to them. Ace and Chance ride into Lone Pine for some rest and supplies and as usual with these two they run into trouble. From helping the good people of the town to helping the local law when trouble arises to serving on a jury of the trial of the criminal who not only killed the sheriff and the whore who help him escape justice. The pair must defend their life and the life of the town after the convict is hung. Not giving much of this one away but will say it is action packed and another must read from this author.
Another great story of the two brothers. This is the last one I needed to read that Graphic Audio has done. I'm hoping they do the last one in the series, so there is still hope.
Awesome, as usual a really great read. Those boys sure get into alot of troubles, i love how there is humor in these books but alot of action. Look forward to the next western or Mountain man book by the Johnstone's, thank you Mrs. Jo, for a awesome ride.
