Disclaimer - The author asked me to read and review this book.

This book really does help to make mindfulness simple to understand and simple to get started with. So it really does what it says on the tin as it were. For those people who already know about mindfulness it's moot how much more this can teach you, though it is written simply and there are multiple techniques to try so I would hazard that potentially if you are struggling with mindfulness then this book may very well be of help to you.

Easy steps to follow

This is a great starting point if you are new to mindfulness. The pace of following the steps in this book are perfect for a new user. Keeping the book around for a refresher course is advised.
