From HomeFixers, one of the country's leading real estate investment firms, and the people behind the bestselling Millionaire Real Estate series comes a foolproof guide to turning profits by flipping houses, one of the most popular investment techniques in real estate today.
Extremely well-done book about flipping houses for profit, which I one day hope to do. If that's a subject you're interested in, I highly recommend you read this book cover-to-cover first - at least once.
I really like the way it's written as if it was talking to you directly. Step by step on finding the house, analyzing, the cost of fixing, what needs to be done, and all the way to selling the property.
I plan on flipping and holding for my future properties. After i finished this book, I am now on the HOLD. Love the stories, examples, and realistic views on things.
I focus mainly in PA, NJ, and NY. So if anyone wants to do some flipping. Feel free to message me at flip@privaterei.com
There are some great war stories in here, and also some great pragmatic advice. Not only does it talk of the challenges of time and project management in the flipping process, but it gives some rule of thumb estimation techniques that will allow you to quickly evaluate any potential target property.
Good first book on flipping houses. Some of the materials referenced by the book are no longer available (like the main website). Nonetheless, very helpful and is one of the necessary tools in the toolbox of any part-time or full-time flipper.
Nothing magical in this book, but real estate investing shouldn't be about magic. However it holds a lot of good information on systems you can implement to increase the success ratio of your investments. That will ALWAYS be valuable
Flip strategies to achieve a higher level of success in business and life. Handbook of proven systems and best practices in the real estate arena. Karen Briscoe, author and podcast host, 5 Minute Success
I was a real estate agent through Keller-Williams and was given this book at an event. It took me over a decade to actually open it and read it. I have invested in a few rental properties, never really having flipped a home immediately after renovations. This book was interesting but I can’t say I actually learned anything new from it. I do wish I had read some of my other books before selling my properties recently, though. This book wasn’t one of the great books I have read about flipping as the info was a bit on the basic side, in my opinion.
