Bigger Faster Stronger is a novel written by Greg Shepard. This book was a very good book. It told me a lot about how to lift weights and get stronger. One of the things I hated the most is that the main character uses steroids. After reading this book, I have learned that winning is not everything. Most people would think it is dumb to read a book about working out and how a guy was on steroids. You would be surprised of how good it is because I know I was very surprised. This book is about a guy went so low that he turned to steroid uses to make himself stronger. It also reflects on other people who have done steroids and how they should stop using them. He never gave up and always kept to the program and kept setting higher and higher goals for himself. What is the point of all of that if you could lose everything you worked so hard for because of a disease you could contract while on steroids? The more goals he made, and the harder they got and the more steroids he used. The main character in this book had made a huge mistake and he was happy that he did. He wanted to be the world lifting champion so bad that he would do anything. He learned of a great way to boost his strength ten times faster than normal. He was introduced to steroids by his friends and he loved them so much. He used them so much that he became so strong that he felt invincible. He later learned and the end of the book having big muscles won’t always make you happy. I would recommend this book to all ages above 15 because it would not help anyone younger. Ages above fifteen would probably love this book if they are looking to read what steroids can do to you. I rated this book with four stars because I learned a lot from it and thought it was really good.

This book made me sad for a while because it hit me like an Ugly truth. I can't believe that how the bodybuilding , fitness athletes i think of as role models are fake people build on steroids. It is an eye Opener for many of us. I mean I worked so hard in the gym but I didn't get those gains and a point reach where I start feeling sad for myself that I am weak , I am vulnerable and I will never be stronger but I didn't know the strong ones I follow are the weaker ones in Reality. I am so Thankful to Greg Shepard for Writing this book.
This book is great. It taught me how to do everything for Strength, Endurance, Speed, and Stamina. This book also helped what technique I should use when I am doing these exercises. This book also explained what is good to eat and drink, and wash't good to eat or drink.
