This book really shows a true journey of life. All the twist and turns and how there is victory for a believer and a doer of the word! I loved this book. I heard a sermon by Pastor Kylie and decided to purchase her book. I found it extremely helpful in learning another technique (based on Biblical principles) on staying mindful.
