After seeing teasers on Instagram, I've been not so patiently waiting for this book!  Who doesn't love an alpha fighter? 

For me, this was kinda hard to rate and review.  There were things I really liked and things that totally disappointed me.

Noah was tough, sexy, alpha, and a total manwhore.   His notoriety had women throwing themselves at him, ready to be his next ONS.  He often took them up on it.  That is until he spots Brenda.  He is instantly smitten with her and swearing off his womanizing ways.  He has security bring her to his VIP box so he can get to know her.

Brenda was the opposite of Noah.  She is quiet and keeps more to herself.  One look at Noah and she too feels the spark.   She is not however,  willing to be one of the women who line up for a chance to be with him.   The night she meets Noah, she is out with her BFF, Claire.  She is at the end of a rocky relationship with a guy she had been dating briefly. He was controlling and a cheater.  **She DID break up with him before she started anything with Noah.

Things I liked -
-I'm a huge fan of instalove and this had it in spades.  Noah was head over heals for Brenda, and she for him!
-There was not pushing away initially. 
-Noah was that alpha "mine", take charge, need to take care of my woman kinda hero  I love those.  
-it had a really good epilogue.  Very sweet.  I would have loved more I to their future, but I  did enjoy what we were given
-great secondary characters and I wonder if Jake will get a story.

Things I didn't like -
-lots of ow/om drama
-the opening scene is of Noah in the restroom getting a BJ by a woman and he doesn't even know her name. He has NOT met Brenda at this point, but he's a manwhore,  we get it.
-Brenda tells him she is at the end of a relationship and she had decided to break up with the guy that night. She won't pursue anything with Noah until she breaks up with the ex (very admirable). She goes home with the soon to be ex and he is pissed because she is breaking up with him.  He tries to assault her and she hides out in a spare room until she can call her friend.  She sneaks out,  catching her ex banging some woman.  She calls her BFF who is still with Noah's brother and Noah goes to get her.   She goes home with Noah and has sex with him that night.  He was getting a BJ by a random earlier in the night, now he found a woman who changes his outlook on women and she's in his bed that night ...he moves quick
-there is a seperation.  During this seperation, Noah has sex in the bathroom of the bar with a woman who works at the gym.  He is crushed by Brenda and lashing out, but I was heartbroken.   I mean, you say this woman is the love of your life and although she hurts you by breaking up with you, your banging a girl in a restroom by the weekend.   He was callus to the girl and even called her Brenda when he had an orgasm.  In the context of the story,  it was so disappointing.  If he would have stopped to think for one second,  he should have known there had to be a reason for Brenda breaking it off with him.  After that, I didn't look at him the same.   He was banging a girl not even a week after they split....*shaking my head*
-even after he found out why she broke up with him, he still wasn't sure he would take her back. It took her being pregnant to get him back to her. Another disappointment in Noah, she sacrificed her happiness and ultimately her health to save him and he just didn't know. WTF


The story, once they were together was going well for me and would most likely have been rated fairly high, if not for that incident.

This was a debut for this author.   I MAY look at future books if they are about the secondary characters from this story.

Great ending! I really loved all the characters & how they support Noah & Brenda. Mary Dominguez did a great job writing her duet book, Fighting for Redemption. I can't wait to read more from her!

3.75stars! Noah "The Beast" Bentley is a pro UFC fighter and a manwhore, till his eyes land on Brenda and then it's instalove from there!! Great story was fast paced we had lot's & lots of sexy steamy bits, and lots of drama! Awesome ending! Well done on your debut novel Mary!

Crazy drama

I found it crazy how Noah can go from being a man whore to one woman man. That transition I thought would take alot longer. I guess tho one you find that special someone shit happens and you can't stop it. You can help who you love it is what is. This story was crazy sexy, heartbreaking, and then complete.

For a debut book, M. Dominguez rocked it! From the beginning of the relationship between Noah and Brenda I loved it, how they were up front and honest and told me each other what they wanted and expected. It's an emotional, ultra sexy debut book and this book will have you cheering on for this couple the whole book! I look forward to more from M. Dominguez!!!

Noah "The Beast" Bentley...where do I start with this bad boy. M. Dominguez's debut novel Fighting for Redemption is a must read. I enjoyed this book very much. Such a fun and sexy read. Brenda and Noah really stole my heart during reading this book and so did the author.
Brenda never thought this is where her life would be. Even though she's happy with her job, her love life sucks. Her boyfriend may be a fighter but he does anything but fight for her. He uses her for arm candy and she's tired of it. But she soon finds herself gazing into the eyes of Noah Bentley. The one and only "beast." Though she may not know who he is...she's about to. They soon find themselves each other's everything. Her beast and his queen.
Noah knows exactly what he wants and he's not afraid to go for it and Brenda is exactly what he wants. He knows he has to have her but at what cost? When lies are told and games are played, will they be able to sustain what's being thrown at them?
M. Dominguez produced a sweet, sexy, and fun read with Fighting for Redemption. I loved every page and every second with these characters. Noah stole my heart and possibly other body parts along the way. I look forward to reading more by the author.

I was excited for this book due to the UFC aspect but the dialogue and pace of the book is a bit ridiculous. I know this is fiction but in a span of a few hours they were already a couple, one of many things that bother me was the repetitiveness of the terms of endearment "baby", "sweetheart" and "babe". I didn't this book

for a debut book it's really good...who doesn't love a bad boy mma fighter...Im a sucker for Insta love books and HEA and I wasn't disappointed with Noah THE BEAST and Brenda's story ..i wonder if there is a story about Bianca, or Claire and Jake...can't wait to read more from this author...4 well done stars ****

A great and entertaining story. Lots of sexiness, and lots of drama. Noah, "The Beast", and Brenda, are a instant kind of love, lots of chemistry, and off the charts sexy, couple. An intriguing story, with a good amount of drama, secrets, laughs and a great little group of friends. You will want to read about this beast and his queen. I would really like to read more by this author. Awesome job Mary!

Noah "The Beast" Bentley appears to have it all, but he doesn't realize what's been missing in his life until he saw Brenda Vega then things get complicated. From the get go, the undeniable attraction and chemistry between "The Beast and his "Queen" makes for one scorching hot read. Will true love survive the hardships that await these two? I love Noah and Brendas instalove.The beast found his sexy queen but with a happy ending there's always a rough patch.

3.75 stars and the only reason why I did not give it 4 solid stars was the one too many apologies Brenda kept giving to Noah. I won't release any spoilers however, I did enjoy this read. Looking forward to more reads by M. Dominguez.
