Elliot and April are high school sweethearts. Both very smart, top of their class. They've just furthered their relationship with a promise necklace when April is kidnapped by a horrifically evil cult that lives underground, worshipping a tall blue eyed leader who sends his seed out among unsuspecting innocents to commit acts of unspeakable evil. Elliot and his best friend Landen have to race across the country before the tall blue eyed one takes April and makes her his unwilling vessel for his next unholy seed to be born into their cult.

Wow!
The Amazing Jacob Mesmer has done it again, produced a story with unique characters, unusual plot and so well-written that I didn't want to put the book down until finished. Maybe a little hastily ended - would have enjoyed more description there, but overall a really, really good book.
