Chiharu is in love with her senpai who is graduating. She tries to confess her feelings, but the senpai rejects her gently.
After this she stays for a while avoiding the senpai and ends up knowing Izumi.
They argue at all the times, since Izumi is sloppy and Chiharu is totally the opposite of it.
Izumi ends up developing feelings for Chiharu.
The volume is very cute and focuses on these characters instead of the characters in Volume 1, although they appear from time to time

I like the first volume more, but these characters are still super lovable and I look forward to more of their relationships developing. The side story about Kurosawa's little sister was a lot of fun.

While I didn't like the "lovers suicide" thought/comment from Chiharu, I will say her romance with Izumi is pretty cute, mostly because Izumi's such a little shit (in a good way!) and you can tell Chiharu has to rein her in all the time, but secretly enjoys it. Also, that scene with the home planetarium was so damn precious and sweet my heart nearly burst!

I liked the side stories with Maya and Sumire, specifically Maya because it explained more of her character and helped aid readers in understanding why she reacted to romantic discussion the way she did. Dare I say, we have aromantic rep in a yuri manga?? Could we be so lucky??!!

This was a fun and sweet second volume and I'm really enjoying this series. So glad to be reading it for Pride Month!

This isn't my favorite, but it's entertaining enough. I find that the little one shots in between chapters are my favorite. The artist draws all of the characters the same, so it's *really* hard to tell them apart, and besides the track star couple in the first book, I just really wasn't that invested in any of them.

This volume was bittersweet! But I still really loved it a lot. It's so painful when someone you love doesn't love you back, especially if that someone is one of your best friends. This volume treats that situation with a lot of sincerity.
Man!, I really wasn't expecting much from this manga, but I'm really digging it. Might have to keep reading!

Maybe if I had read this after the first volume I would not have been as confused as I was. However, I swear that the plot description of the first volume is completely undermined by this person graduating...maybe?

I like this one more than the first one! Firstly, in my opinion the story and the people were clearly structured (I had some problems in the first part). Secondly, I like how the people are connected to the main characters. In this way, they main characters always play a big role!!

Less focused than the first book in the series (there are so many girls at this school who have crushes on each other, I can't keep track of their names) but still cute.

I sure read something. Also, was that non-vilified aro/ace rep in a manga? 🔍

2.5/3☆ (Note: I don't make longer individual volume reviews for manga series until the last volume I read)

I don’t remember where I heard about this, probably Tumblr but I’m glad I did. This was adorable! As of 7/26/19 there are nine books with the tenth on the way. I don’t know if that will be the last book or not. Read this during the July 2019 24in48 Readathon.

Quick Thoughts:
- Follows different students, some that are introduced in book one and some completely new
- Wish we followed the first potential couple we met in volume one, they probably show up in a later
- Again, distinct personalities and art
- I am hoping there won’t be too many new characters/couples in the next volumes or it might run into the problem of not really having a connection to the characters. I’ve seen it happen in books with huge casts and it leaves me feeling cheated on character development
- I really like how the characters aren’t stuck in their grade forever. Seems to be a thing in a lot of Japanese manga whereas in America they are teenagers forever.

I already plan on getting the other books. Fun series!

This is set in the same school as the last volume, but we get a whole new set of characters -- a full love quadrilateral this time! Even though it's new characters, though, they're all still so focused; I really enjoy that about this series, that everyone is trying so hard to get what they want. This is a slightly more complex love story, with conflicted emotions and star-crossed loves (astronomy!) as one of them prepares to graduate and all of them have to deal with the barriers that come up between them. Also, fun cameos from the characters we got to love in the previous volume!
