She is a Japanese manga artist known for creating The Magic Touch and Oresama Teacher which have both been serialized on the Hana to Yume magazine.
Tsubaki began drawing manga in her first year of high school. She was soon selected to be in the top 10 of Hana to Yume Mangaka Course, and subsequently won the Big Challenge contest.

It's funny how Nozaki can have so much imagination yet so little interest in the people around him.

The "bullying" storyline was pretty funny.

This manga is so funny! And I love the characters so much... when was the last time I enjoyed a manga this much? I am rooting for all characters. Kashima and Hori-sempai need to start dating! And Seo and Waka too! They are the cutest couples <3

It is my last volume for some time :(( there is one more translated but I have to save it, as it is my nasty habit... My favorite chapters, which are most of them:

- Hori realizing two characters of the manga (Oze and Waka) are based on Seo and Waka. :)
- Miyako-san having a free night but since her friends think she is a host, they tried by any means she doesn't drink.
- Sakura and Mikorin trying to lose weight.
- Sakura and Kashima playing Kokkuri... and Hori and Nozuki joining.
- Waka telling Seo that he likes her, but for ulterior motives.
- Kashima's story about her bullying.
- Kashima and her legs <3

Gostei muito desse volume. É muito legal como aos poucos foram introduzindo mais personagens secundarios e agora temos pequenas historinhas de cada um sem parecer que a historia dos personagens principais foi diminuida, eles são muito bons em balancear a quantidade de personagens e o protagonismo de cada um.
Sinto um pouco de falta das piadinhas artísticas que tinha mais nos primeiros volumes mas em compensação acho genial como o Nozaki tenta cada vez mais executar os plots na vida real pra confirmar se são coherentes ou não pro mangá dele e todos os amigos sempre ajudam.

Lebih mengocok perut daripada volume 6 kemaren. Dan.... saya cukup puas sama volume ini, Kak Hori dan Kashima lumayan banget jatah nongolnya XD

I feel like I'm repeating myself with every review, but I very dearly love this series about idiots in love and a ton of misunderstandings. I love that it's basically slice-of-life, no major progression of the plot, and it's very comforting somehow. I can rely on them being the cutest idiots in the world over and over again.

This volume was nice but I didn't enjoy it as much as the past ones! Though I love Seo and Wakamatsu, their relationship isn't my favourite one and didn't enjoy their panels as much as I wish I did. Still, in general I had a really great time and I especially loved the sports arc and the insights of Yukari and Ryosuke's relationship!!

Also when it was said that Hori didn't notice Kashima's legs because he was always looking at her face I'm just- just- that was so nice and romantic ohgosh.

I'm actually lowering my rating to 4 stars. In my original review I said that this was the funniest volume so far, but I think some of the chapters weren't as funny as they could have been. I still really loved this though!

I was DYING this entire volume. This was hands down the funniest volume so far. Each character got a chapter to shine and all of the major couples moved forward or had some cute moments. Even Nozaki's brother had a hilarious chapter! I do wish that the couples were advancing faster...but I'll deal since I love seeing these oblivious characters interact <3

Ceritanya masih kocak, walau masih paling kocak buku kelima. Di buku ini banyak momen manis Wakamatsu dengan Seo, juga Kashima dan Hori. Mereka sama-sama saling mengagumi, walau sepertinya masih sulit buat jadian. XD

Bab acara minum-minum Miyako-sensei, koleganya Nozaki yang sesama komikus juga lucu, walau beberapa panel tentang kebersamaan Nozaki dkk. terasa agak datar. Sejauh ini, masih lebih bagus dibandingkan volume sebelumnya.

Like Vol 6, it has some slow spots, but honestly, Kashima is so great. She's honestly my favorite character and she has a lot of facetime in this volume. I also give extra star padding for Miyako time. I enjoy all the characters, but those two always get extra for me.

PopKulturowy Kociołek:

Wiele komediowych serii z czasem zaczyna cierpieć na syndrom „przesytu”, a pojawiające się żarty nie są już tak zabawne. Na całe szczęście problem ten nie dotyczy recenzowanego cyklu, który z każdą kolejną odsłoną jest wyśmienity i nadal bardzo zabawny. Doskonałym tego przykładem jest właśnie tomik siódmy, gdzie znajdziemy treści mimowolnie wywołujące uśmiech na twarzy czytelnika.

Jednym z poruszonych tutaj wątków jest motyw „technologiczny”. Ignorantem nowych zdobyczy techniki tym razem okazuje się być nie tylko Nozaki. Musi więc on sięgnąć po radę „specjalisty” w tym zakresie. Kiedy już zdobędzie potrzebną mu wiedzę (oczywiście na potrzeby swojej mangi) i odkryje uroki smartfonów, trudno będzie mu się z tego uwolnić. Wciągająca i zabawna treść dotyczy również Miyako, która zamiast pracować nad swoim tytułem, robi sobie małą przerwę na drinka. Kończy się to zawalonymi terminami i kolejnymi piętrzącymi się problemami. Nie mogło tutaj oczywiście zabraknąć również bardziej „romantycznych” elementów. Kolejny raz prym wiodą tutaj Wakamatsu i Seo, którzy uwielbiają swoje towarzystwo i cieszą się każdą spędzoną ze sobą chwilą. Mało? Uśmiech z twarzy odbiorcy nie będzie również schodził w momencie, kiedy będzie on obserwować jak Kashima i Sakura próbują zrzucić kilka nadmiarowych kilogramów.

Nozaki masih menjadikan sekelilingnya ladang mengais inspirasi untuk komik shojo buatannya. Gagasan-gagasannya tetap di luar nalar. Namun, satu hal yang patut disoroti di jilid 7 ini adalah tampaknya ketidakpekaan merupakan hal yang mewabah di kalangan komikus. Tidak hanya Nozaki yang tidak menyadari perasaan Chiyo, Miyako juga tidak menyadari bila abangnya si Lorelei menyukainya. Sungguh kasihan nasib mereka yang naksir para komikus ini.

Padahal, bila mengenai orang lain, Nozaki dan Miyako cukup peka. Nozaki menotis kedekatan Hori dan Kashima, juga Waka dan Seo. Sayangnya, Nozaki tidak menotis perasaan Chiyo yang sudah demikian kentara bucin. Baik Chiyo maupun abangnya Seo cuma dinotis para komikus ini sebagai teman yang ngefans.

Untuk sesaat, aku berharap titik terang dalam hubungan pasangan lain; Hori dan Kashima, Waka dan Seo. Sayangnya, Seo terlalu gemar merundung Waka yang lugu, dan mungkin juga Seo diam-diam pemalu kalau berurusan soal perasaan. Sementara Hori terlalu banyak denial, meski jelas-jelas Kashima punya sesuatu yang menjadikannya sebagai tipe idaman Hori. Sialnya, Kashima juga terlalu telmi.

Yah, intinya, Komikus Shojo Nozaki masih menjadi komik kocak ambyar. Buat yang penat dan ingin melupakan kesulitan hidup berstatus KTP way-end-ee, mending duduk sejenak dan baca kelucuan Komikus Shojo Nozaki.

Still good, I think I find some of the manga stuff less interesting and almost wish the issue long stories told in four panel comics would not end but continue into the next issue rather than changing topics/focus. They do sometimes come back to older stories like the judo club stuff so that's fun, but it's a bit of misery as well because I don't have monthly access to the story or any guarantee that the next volume will ever come to my library.

Wakamatsu may secretly be my favorite (everyone is enjoyable though, I'm never disappointed in whoever the stories focus on) so I'm tickled by his stories with Seo. I want the truth revealed and for them to actually be a couple, but also see the value in stringing the reader along indefinitely with all the possible couples. It's a bit ironic that Mikoshiba as the most eligible bachelor by school standards doesn't have a clear pairing (since obviously Kashima only has eyes for Hori) other than his dolls/video games.

This volume has a bit more focus on the “ships” there are: Seo with Waka and Hori-senpai with Kashima. Besides we also see a pleased Sakura bullying Nozaki, which was hilarious.

Overall I had a great time with these kids, laughing a lot at their dumb expressions and silly scenes. It’s the kind of comedy that instantly puts you in a great mood.

I wish we could see more of Mayu and Mikorin ‘cause they both such nerds, lol.

Cukup menarik melihat orang-orang ber-HP jadul dan smartphone bisa satu sekolah atau bahkan sekelas. Aku enggak bisa membayangkan aku bisa survive di sekolah kalau pakai HP sejadul itu di negara ini. Mungkin karena siswa di sana lebih sering berkomunikasi lewat e-mail, ya?

Meskipun karena salah paham sendiri, teman-teman kuliah Miyako cukup wholesome karena berusaha menjaganya di hari "libur".

Salah satu hal yang aku ingin banget ada lanjutannya di volume berikutnya, yaitu hubungan Hori dengan Kakuni. Dia itu siapa dan kenapa Hori suka dia? Ini bisa jadi konflik dengan Kashima. Dan, well, secara keseluruhan, penampilan Kashima itu tipe kesukaannya Hori banget dong.

Aku suka banget Waka di volume ini bisa "menang" melawan Seo. Sisi malu-malu Seo imut banget. By the way, Waka yang adik kelas manis itu kelihatan seram kalau mendadak jadi tegas.

Lalu, wah, keimutan yang diam-diam menghanyutkan milik Sakura itu sangat membagongkan. Sepertinya dia termasuk yandere jenis baru deh.

Once again, a very cute and funny graphic novel. However, I'm starting to slow down on it a bit because there's still no progression in plot. None of the characters have moved basically at all from where they've started in volume 1. And this isn't necessarily a flaw in the books, depending on what you want, but I want to see some progression. I want to see the characters change and grow in their personalities and relationships. I'll probably give it at least one more book to see if that happens (it looked for a moment in this novel like it might, but then that fizzled) and then move on to something else.

PS: Ken-san is super awesome.

Desde el tomo anterior la historia es nueva para mí, ya no hay nada de esto adaptado a un anime lo cual es una pena porque hay muy buen material. Las situaciones se empiezan a descontrolar cada vez más y las ideas de Nozaki para trabajar en su manga pueden ser sencillas pero llevan a malentendidos enormes y a reacciones muy curiosas por parte de sus amigos.

Capítulos a resaltar:
- Waka descubriendo la debilidad de Yuzuki... que termina siendo una cosa que le gusta a él de ella.
-Nozaki, Mikorin y Sakura haciéndosen bullying🤦‍♀️.
- Todo el alboroto de las piernas de Kashima.
- Y sacar ideas para el manga por medio de papelitos. Se dan garra, me encanta!

The volume was entertaining, but the numbers dedicated to the editors Ken Miyamae and Mitsuya Maeno are not my favorites at all, I think they are the most flat and irritating characters of this manga.

I hope that in the next volumes the story advances more.

El volumen fue entretenido, pero los números dedicados a los editores Ken Miyamae y Mitsuya Maeno no son mis favoritos para nada, creo que son los personajes más planos e irritantes del manga.

Espero que en los siguientes volúmenes la historia avance más.

Semakin ke sini baca manganya, interaksi antar tokoh mulai dari Nozaki, Chiyo, Mikoshiba, Kashima, Kak Hori, Seo, Wakamatsu selalu seru buat diikuti. Tingkah laku konyol dan banyolannya pasti ada aja. Munculnya banyak porsi cerita di Mayu maupun Miyako bikin cerita di manga ini makin beragam. Belum dengan kisah keseharian editor versi Pak Maeno, Pak Ken maupun Pak Seo.
Semakin lama baca manga ini juga makin hafal sama tokoh-tokohnya. Aku suka gimana editor manga ini terbiat banget sampe terjemahin teks sfx-nya jadi makin in-to ke ceritanya, terima kasih yaa Kak Nia.

Ein Problem bei Monthly Girls Nozaki Kun ist das es relativ wenig Charakterentwicklung gibt. In den ersten Bänden entstehen durch das vorstellen aller Charaktere nacheinander interessante und lustige Geschichten mit jedem weiteren Band wiederholen sich jedoch Schemata was die Storys dadurch auch leider etwas weniger lustig macht. Trotzdem noch 4 Sterne für diesen Band weil es doch immer wieder unterhaltsam ist wie Klischees aus Romance Mangas aufs Korn genommen werden.

seo and wakamatsu basically got together omg. and then in chapter 67 when they try out a bullying theme for nozaki's manga...why was my boy mikoshiba putting his belt on after being taken by those girls?????? that was bewildering.
and then hori being so taken with kashima's face that he doesn't notice her legs, when they are exactly his type, is adorably frustrating... I wanna smash their faces together.

It was fun, lighthearted, I guess the main ship won't be sailing any time soon (or at all) and I am fine with that, I actually think I preffer it that way. Also Nozaki's and Chiyo's brothers are so much fun!
