Super heroes – they're a privileged class. Doing what they want, when they want and suffering no consequences. They have no regard for the ordinary people who are left behind to suffer in their wake. Who will stand up for the little guy? There is a man. If you can find him, and if he believes in your story, he and his friends will put things right. Some call them outlaws, rebels, Robin Hoods. To others, they are heroes. No powers to speak of – just skills, smarts and a burning drive to do the right thing. His name is Hawkeye. Occupy Avengers: It's time to "Take Back Justice"!

I was looking for a comic that addressed poverty and inequality and the first two issues in this volume does that beautiful by bringing in some diversity to the avengers story. Red wolf is a compelling character and the struggles he faces are a must read.

First issue came off a little white saviour complex-y, which is bothersome. Added to this, am also bothered that Red Wolf's role was originally going to be a female character (need to check source for name) but got switched out.

Am intrigued by the perceived premise, though, of getting superheroes to try and tackle complex real political issues that can't just be solved by bashing someone over the head. The latter half of the first issue was just that though, with it's typical extended fight sequence.

Arrows look diabolically painful. Never sure how to interpret arrows in the spectrum of Punisher to "Night Night Guns" way of dealing with antagonists. Somewhere in between, I guess. I always think more towards the Punisher end but I reckon I'm supposed to think the opposite.

This a great twist on marvel. I was trying to find books on the environment and it's very hard to find comics. I was very glad to find this one. Not particularly my cup of tea but my 5 sons love them.
