This story just gets better! I loved the first one and I love this one even more. As said in my review for book 1, I may be slightly biased as I am Wayne's editor, but I genuinely love these books. I read them several times during the editing process and I never get bored of them.
In comparison to this one, book 1 started a little slowly, but book 2 kicks off with immediate action and pulls you straight back in to the wonderful land of Pinjia.
