Very good info. I find that it matches much of what I came to understand being trained in sales and trial and error my own. It seems obvious that this was lightly or just not at all edited. There are numerous grammatical mistakes that could easily been ironed out had this been looked at by a qualified individual. For that, I'm slightly discounting the "credibility" (quoting the book here). He may be an expert, but he did not expertly convey this information.
