The first problem with Steak Recipes: "Top 50" Most Recommended Recipes is that is starts with pages of advertising for other cookbooks by this author. Second I could find no organization in the presentation of the recipes. The first recipe calls for a sauce that is indicated as another recipe but no directions where to find in this book or another, which was confusing.

The recipes sounded tasty with many of them featuring hot spices, which my husband loves but me not so much. An alternative to adding all the hot spices would have been helpful. We tried three of the recipes and found them tasty but not out of the ordinary.
