For most wolves packs are a family unit. They always have a safe place to stay and a friendly face to turn to. For Charlotte Anderson, packs represented everything she didn’t want in her life. After living away at college for two years as humanly as possible, Charlotte is forced to return home by her estranged Alpha wolf father. Upon arrival, Charlotte is thrust into her own worst nightmare when she discovers she’s been betrothed to the recently widowed Alpha of Michigan. In an act of defiance Charlotte makes her escape, only to run into the arms of her true mate, the most feared and ruthless Alpha wolf in the US. With her life turned upside down and with a deluded Alpha on her tail, Charlotte must unravel the secrets of her strong and mysterious mate, while discovering who she really is.
*This story contains mature themes and should not be read by anyone under the age of 18 years. This story also contains spoilers for my other book Wolfsbane, which is based in the same universe. I recommend reading Wolfsbane first.**

This was another great read in this series. I’m so happy Kyron got his HEA. His character intrigued me from his time in book one. Plenty of action, emotions and the pack bonds I love in my shifter reads. Very low heat story but I was still hooked.
Plss the cover of this book made me lol. Overall pretty good although I got annoyed at the FMC a few times and the writing was a little juvenile. •Fated mates •Werewolf •Scarred, brooding hero •External conflict/no third act breakup
I loved that even the most feared alpha was so soft his mate. Kyron would do anything and slay any dragon or wolf who stood in the way of his mate's happiness. I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait for the next one.
i wanted to finish this. many things intrigued me: the H and whether he'd open himself up emotionally to the h, how far alpha dean (side character) would go to steal away the h, whether the h would accept that the H is quick to murder enemies or whether the H would become more merciful by being mated to a less murderous person.
but halfway through i got bored... somehow it seemed like too much and too little was happening simultaneously. too little real relationship development. too much new information being thrown in all the time. not to mention that it annoyed me to no end that the h took SO many showers, and idk why the readers had to hear about all of them lmao like i swear i read, what, 250 pages ? im pretty sure she took six showers, and we were present for all of them.
also, the whole shifter element could've been better. like how the h doesn't take off her clothes before shifting when she gets to her dad's place in the beginning, so the clothes are shredded? she's been a shifter her whole life but she doesn't think to take off her clothes? in general, it seemed like all the shifters were shy about nakedness (since they always hurriedly got dressed), and i suddenly understand why so many shifter books show that shifters aren't bashful when nude - it doesn't make sense that a community that have to get naked in front of each other on a regular basis are shy about their bodies.
lastly, the inner dialogue from the heroine's wolf sounded too human. this might be the first shifter book ive read where the wolf and the human side of the character can speak to each other, and i do admire diversion from the genre. but the wolf should've been more animalistic and instinct-driven, instead of basically being the voice of reason. it sounded like the wolf was almost the h's conscience sometimes, speaking up about how the h is a terrible person for scaring a child into not kicking the back of her chair. i would've preferred a more wolf-like inner wolf, one that doesn't have the words "jittery butterflies" in its vocabulary for instance. the wolf side of the shifter shouldn't feel more human than the human side.

I struggled to finish this book, and prolonged getting back to it by keeping myself occupied with other stuff. And finally after three, long days, I'm done with this.
See now, Book #1 was sweet & intriguing. Made me feel like I went back to the Alpha-mate era of Wattpad. So I was naturally quite excited when I picked-up Mine, but it all fell apart for me since Charlotte and Kyron's relationship felt very cold and distant. Yeah they kissed, but it felt very forced & awkward. Atleast in the first 60% of the book.
Too little progress in their relationship, in between a large plot that un-folded. It felt like one too many words were used to describe each day, each situation and every little encounter. Charlotte disappointed me the most. I didn't like her character development as the book progressed. She went from tough, independent and gruff to spoilt, bratty and stupid too quickly.
Charlotte's point of view gave no justice to Kyron's character and as I flipped each page, I was hoping to see him get his own POV. Atleast when but no such luck. So if I had to sum it all up, this book would've been brilliant without Charlotte. That is all I have to say.
I liked this except Charlotte was so childish and ignorant. She drove me nuts, almost DNFd multiple times because of her. She is supposed to be 20 but she acts 14, selfish and self-righteous like a 14 year old too. I have no idea why other reviews call her strong because she was the exact opposite. I am supposed to believe a 20 year old who has been living independent at college is disappointed her first time isn't mind blowing. That she is clueless about real sex? The way she reacts about the fact she bleeds after the first time, like wtf?!?! If she was less immature I would have had no other problems, that was the only gripe. She did my head in honestly. "I want to roam about with my freedom as I want to get my nails done, I am an independent woman, it doesn't matter I have killers after me, you can't keep me here, I have rights!" No you are selfish and ignorant and make stupid decisions.

It starts off with the main character being ordered to return home by her father (he is alpha of the pack) for some unknown reason. So she returns home and finds out he father has arranged for her to become mates with another alpha to forge an alliance between packs. She's against the idea but is forced to "get to know" the man. She angers him and he ends up back handing her. She decides she isn't going to go through with it and escapes into the forest, only to be chased by her pack and his. She ends up running into her actual mate. And there's a show down where the bad guy ends up forcing her father to fight her mate. Her father is killed by her mate and her brother becomes the new alpha. They end up traveling back to her mates pack And building their life together all while under threat.
This was a really good book.

I love me a sudden mate finding wolf romance where there's danger, intensity and shock. This story delivered that in spades! Alpha Kryon is a beast of a wolf outside and in. He is 5 flaming hot stars with his sudden impressive appearance and ruthless alpha ways. He's definitely the best part of this story.
I liked the plot right off. Though I think Charlotte our main heroine comes across as weak frequently throughout the story. She's ok but I wish she had more spine for a "Luna" of the pack and as a mate to Kryon. I also thought it was a little weird that her wolf acted as a completely separate entity with its own human like thought process. I could have used less banter between Charlotte and her wolf. Overall I enjoyed the storyline.
Show don't tell. The pace, the feel all of it was off. Rushed in some way. The Heroine is seriously not likeable The Hero could be likeable if he were more than window dressing. Honestly all the characters except the Heroine is extremely one dimensional. And the Heroine is only like one and a half. Then there is the fact that the Author puts her story in the US but is CLEARLY not from the US. Australian terms and slang aren't universal and that pulls you out of the story. For instance she seems to call countertops benches. But she also calls a table a bench. Chests of drawers or dresser is called draws. Yes you can figure it out but if your story is in a certain country and the characters are from there then the terms and slang should be.
Now that I finally have a break from school I decided to kick off my summer of reading with this book! I have been waiting for another book set in the same universe as Wolfsbane to be released! This was a great read! I will warn potential readers that there are descriptive sex scenes and other mature topics mentioned. I really enjoyed Wolfsbane and so I knew I’d enjoy this book too! Just wish Evelyn and Aiden had been a bit more present in this one, I’m still happy with what I did get of them. Highly recommend this book!!!
I enjoyed the first book of the series but I was disappointed with this one. Although the world building and characters were written well I had a problem with the storyline. It was tedious and boring and half way through the book I was skipping pages and to be honest I didn't miss anything. Both the main characters were annoying and I didn't feel much chemistry between them as Kyron was never around and always working. This book can be read as a standalone as the characters in the first book were only mentioned in passing comments.
This book has a very different theme than the first in this series, although we do see characters from the first. Alpha Hudson hasn't found his mate, or so everyone thinks. Charlotte is forced back home by her father, her Alpha. Unknown to her, her father has given her to Alpha Dean in exchange for their Packs to be united. But Alpha Dean has already lost his Mate, and Charlotte is holding out for her true mate. Unlike the first book, there is no slow exchange between the pair in which they grow to know each other. Kyron is determined to possess Charlotte, right from first meeting.
I eagerly awaited My son's story and this did not disappoint. I liked the back stories for both Charlotte and Kyron. I had no trouble understanding Kyron and his violent approach to keeping his lack safe. Charlotte took a bit too long to accept the need for protection, but hey, it helped the plot develop! Well done sequel. A few minor editing oversights, but not overly distracting
OMG this was the best book I've read in ages, and I read alot! I love, loved the storyline, the characters and every single thing about this book..I hated when I had to put the book down to sleep or to do things like work!! I wish it was an ongoing series though instead of a stand alone book!! I can't get enough of the Alaska Pack!! Highly recommend this book!!
Being the daughter of the abusive Alpha of the Wyoming pack meant Charlotte was thrilled to escape to college. Only her father has now ordered her home and had secretly promised her to the crazed Michigan Alpha who lost his mate. But her fated mate the feared Alpha of Alaska rescued her at the last minute. Will Alpha Dean lose gracefully?
I read Evelyn's story for free. That story had about 28 editing errors. I hoped that a story that I had to pay for, would have less errors. Sadly, that was not the case. There were over thirty errors in this book. These errors included misspelled words, the lack of apostrophes in possessive words, continuity errors, and other errors.
I couldn't wait to finish this book it was a chore!,the lead females Charlotte was a wimpy wet lettuce,I really disliked her from the get go there was so.much possiblty for this book I found kyron to be boring as he'll don't waste your money I only bought this because I enjoyed wolfsbane shame this had to let the first book down .
When Kyron was driving them back to Alaska she was getting things from someone else. Why didn’t they go to a store and get the stuff for her? Why didn’t Kyron walk with Charlotte when got out of the car and every. I guess they weren’t to worried about her getting kidnapped.
I really felt for her. An alpha trying to take her away from her real mate. Plenty of action and emotions. A very well written book I felt. I love how her mate finally came out some and shown his feelings. I was hooked throughout
This was a great story! I thought the first book was good but this one was even better. This was more of an adult read and more mature content! And I absolutely love Kyron!!
I really appreciate the author...I am an all out lover of shifter books...Some authors really don't know how to write a shifter romance ... I have read some way better ones but this is definitely a Five would of loved an EPILOGUE or another book
I loved this book so much!!! To see the big bad Alpha of Alaska so tender and sweet with his mate was very much swoon worthy. Kyron and Charlotte's story will forever be one of do favorites!
I absolutely love their story. These characters had me wrapped up ..total!y immersed. It has a beauty and the beast type quality to it. I enjoyed it. Read it. You will not regret it
I find myself re reading this one multiple times. It's a cute story. But what I love the most is Kyron might be the strong silent type, but his love for Charlotte has no boundaries.
I liked this addition to the series by BSP. The story was well developed around Karon and Char but it seemed to drag on a bit making me skip pages. Still a good read!
