Twins Fallen and Frankie Clarkson grew up privileged, living the good life of not being denied anything that they desired. That was until their wealthy father is jailed for tax evasion, yanking that plush cashmere rug right from underneath them. Forced to make ends meet since their gold digging mother has sank her claws into another rich man, Fallen and Frankie turn to burglarizing homes in their old neighborhood. Not knowing many technical aspects of robbing homes, the girls run into some big problems, two of them being tall, handsome, and a tad bit annoying. Dreyton and Kamadi just want to make enough money to be able to go legit, and provide for their families. Not wanting to become tied up in the world of drugs, they decide to hit a few licks, hoping it will secure them enough to turn in their ski masks once and for all. But what happens when these four people from very different worlds unwillingly collide? Will it be hate with a little bit of love at first sight? Or will their differences tear them apart, leaving everyone right back at square one?

This book was good. Ioved the twins and the fellas and how they are there for each other. This book take you on a ride and I can't wait to start reading part 2.
Just when the plot thickens it ends with a cliffhanger. Great read so far waiting patiently for the next book. Excited to see how the tables will turn.
I love a good throwback read and I have been digging in the trenches for this series… I’m so glad I did… It’s starting off a little slower than I like but now we are getting into the thick of things… I love both Fallen and Frankie even though Fallen is bougie ass hell I think they both pair well with the guys Kamadi and Dreyton they both have that good bad boy aura that I love so much… That cliffhanger though I want to know who else is in the house… On to part 2
Yesss...I'm Loving Drey Sexy Ass...I Wasn't Ready For The Book To Be At The End At All...Can't Wait To Read Part 2...I Love Each Couple nd Can't Wait To See What More There Is To Come
Ummm...... I don’t know how I feel about this book. I love both authors but this was different. I going to read part two and see if it gets better! Overall I love the characters especially Frankie and Drey!!
Those twins are something else... I think what broke them down was that everything got taken away from them at a blink of an eye, until they meet the boys in the same house doing a burglary
I really enjoyed reading this book. I'm upset I took so long to finally read it. I love how the two couples go together and became partners. I can't stand Beatrice.
I like these couples together. I hope everything works out for them. I really didn't like Beatrice, the way she treated her kid made me sick. I wonder what's instored next
Thought this would be a good one to follow but from the jump I can’t stand thief stories so this one did nothing for me. I couldn’t make it far in, just not my type of story.
This was a good read. I wasn't sure what to expect this was a collaboration. These two authors meshed well together and I can see that they made sure the storyline stated straight. Can't wait to see what happens in part 2.
First I must say I love Shvonne and K.C's writing. Both are amazing amazing talents! Plot development and character development was on point and this is definitely a different twist on urban! The ONLY constructive criticism I will note is it took me longer than usual to connect to the characters as I normally do... Normally I connect immediately but I knew these authors are great and to keep reading. I am glad that I did as I really got into it especially when Rafael came into the picture... There are many questions I am dying to be answered and I know parts 2 and 3 will not disappoint. Great job!
This was a very good book. Like it held my attention, but I don't necessarily have to read part 2. It held my attention, but it lacked the wow factor. I liked both of the couples, and the fact that they are trying to go legit. I wonder who was the voice that had them at gunpoint, Hal, or the issues that her parents had prior to them divorcing. Since the girls made it to the car, are they going to come back in to save the day. Hopefully, part 2 will have the wow factor.
Ok ladies you two did one hell of a collaboration I take my hat off to y'all. You both do great work separately but both of y'all together y'all are the Da Bomb Diggity. I had to go old school with that. And if someone reading my review and ask what do that mean. Go somewhere with your young ass and read a children's book and leave urban fiction to the grown-ups.
I hope these two make it out of there unharmed. I don't know if the girls are gangster enough to go in and kill whoever is holding a gun to them. I hope neither one of them dies in that house. It's going to be interesting to see what's going on with the twins being connected with the owners of the business that Kam and Drey are buying. Can't wait for the next one to drop! Great job guys.
Fallen and Frankie was ride or die for each other. Dre Kamadi was great friends to each other also. They all complimented each other as well. Who would've known breaking into houses would make them find true love. Pam and Bea need to get a life. That business deal is shady some type of way. I hope everyone makes it out alive. Great read
This story moved waaaaaayyyy to slow in the beginning, but flowed once I got to the halfway point. I love Fallen and Frankie they stand their own ground.. I love Kam and Drey they are real men with real problems but treat their women with all respect in their own way.. can't wait for sequel.
WHY YOU BOTH LEAVE US HANGING LIKE THAT? I LOVE KIMANDI AND DREYTON WITH THEIR SEXY ASS SELVES. FALLEN AND FRANKIE ARE THE TWO WOMEN WHO THAT CAN GIVE THEM BOYS WHAT THEY NEED. HURRY UP WITH PT 2 I NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING NEXT.
It was good. I just think some things moved slow, adding things to make it longer to get a part two. Some things could have been left out and some things could have been added. It was good. I will read part two.
This story was okay. I would have been better if it hadn't been so slow. So slow. Drey and Kam, liked them. Fallen and Frankie were ok. Thinking part 2 will be a lot eventful because this book was not.
Kamadi, Fallen, Drey and Frankie are perfect together. If only the can get rid of Beatrice the bum. Pam and Chase the cheaters. And Jamal the bore. And last but not least Rafel the murder.
Kamadi and Dre just had to go check the damage! Dang it! This story seems like its going to get even more interesting! I'm glad everybody stopped playing games and finally made everything official!
loved the book very different but intriguing I couldn't put it down ..these two together is deadly w. that pen love love love it can't wait for part 2 so please don't have us waiting forever
