This book has a lot of basics for runners. I know most of these things already, but good for beginning runners.

This is the book that I pick up when I get reinspired to run. It stays on the shelf most of the time.

A great book for beginners. I'm a runner myself and find the topics covered too elementary for "Peak performance". Was hoping to get more detailed insights.

Nevertheless, there's a few gems in the book where it details the running plan for racing 5, 10, 21 and 42km races.
