The Houston Problem: A Morn Tyler Thriller

Rate this book
FBI Cyber Crime Analyst Morn Tyler never believed the police reports about how her father died. While investigating a crime at the company he worked for, she secretly downloads records that could prove what really happened that terrible night thirteen years ago.

No harm, no foul. She’s sure no one notices her copying the old files.

But she’s dead wrong.

Kyle Gallet, corrupt technical officer at OrinCo – one of America’s largest energy companies – knows someone’s been snooping around the server he uses to steal data. As Morn starts her own private investigation to find the truth about her father, Gallet sets up a meeting with Houston’s number one hit man to make sure the truth about his crimes never sees the light of day.

The book was good but I found myself rooting for the assassin not the FBI informant. He was the most well described and filled out character in the book with the most background. The main character was their but you never got to know her. You knew she was trying to find out why her Father died . she lands in a case that can help her and so she jeopardizes her whole career. but that is never made clear . the book left a lot out. she gets her revenge in a round about way.
