This book was published in Italy. This is probably why it is written in a way that emphasizes the German people, and their way of life in relationship to the Nazis. I've never read another book that does this, while also focusing on the German politics and culture of the time. But this does make the book read like a textbook, somewhat. What really set this book apart is the pictures. Full of pictures that you probably won't see anywhere else. Highly recommended for those that want to learn from history, and WW2 and Nazi history afficinados.

Lo leí en español. El texto a veces enrevesado (quizás por la traducción) pero muy interesante.

Las ilustraciones están muy interesantes, detallas y completas. El problema fue el texto que no era muy detallado, asumía que el lector conocía los detalles de cada evento, por lo que no los detallaba. Ademas, el escritor va de un año a otro, del principio al final de la guerra de forma aleatoria y sin una línea especifica de los eventos.
