Outstanding - a MUST READ for every wedding professional. Alan drives home some hard truths about how we must change to meet the evolving needs of our clients. HIGHLY recommended reading.

Lots of good information

This book had lots of information. We do wedding decor and Photobooth services and so much of what Alan talks about applies to us. I applied his advice on conversations at time of inquiry and had 3 appointments made in the same week. What we think customers want and what they actually want are very different and Alan helps to clarify where our perception is wrong. Buy the book, the only thing you could lose is that sale you already are losing!

This book packs A TON of info in a couple-hour read. Unfortunately, my position was made redundant before I had the opportunity to put any of it into practice.

I didn't really learn anything new, but definitely an interesting viewpoint on Sales, not very specified to weddings and events
