Eat the Fish, Spit Out the Bones

This book was incredibly insightful about barriers to sexual intimacy and provided great practicals. I didn't quite agree with their definition of sexuality as fluid in the sense of LGBTQ, and so from a Christian standpoint one would have to eat the fish but spit out the bones in terms of procuring the benefits of this book.
