What an absolutely amazing journey it has been to get to this point.

While Homecoming In A Fur Coat wrapped up the Fur Coat Society part of this connected group of series – I feel that this story, Christmas In A Fur Coat is the wonderful send off into their future, final wrap up story that this group of amazing Shifters truly deserved. And a huge thank you must go out to Sloane Meyers for giving us, the readers who have loved every single story, this wonderful Christmas present.

Sophia and Finn’s romance is sweet, charming, definitely sizzling and the perfect couple to bring all of these love stories to a close. Finn’s fear of losing anyone again after his parent’s deaths made it difficult for him to see that love is a risk worth taking – no matter for how long you may have. Sophia felt she couldn’t possibly live up to what her parents or even her adopted brother had accomplished in their lives. Each was searching for something, until they discovered that it was actually someone they needed to complete themselves and find what matters most in their lives.

This holiday reunion of all the Shifter families takes place back in Frost Peak, Alaska. We will once again meet up with every couple and their children… and for some, their grandchildren at this Christmas gathering. It was such a beautiful trip down memory lane, remembering stories, and tragedies and the survival of love and each other throughout the years.

If you’ve followed all or even just one of these series – then Christmas In A Fur Coat is a story that you simply must read. A sense of going home. Seeing family again. And knowing that they are all safe, still in love and forever in our reading hearts. It is a beautiful story, and the perfect place to say fare thee well to old friends.

I read this story through my Kindle Unlimited subscription. For ten dollars a month you get access to thousands of really great stories across all genre, and the authors get paid for you reading the story through to the 100% mark. It’s a win-win. Probably the best 10 bucks I spend a month.

Sophia annoyed the hell out of me. In the beginning she says she hasnt had a holiday off in the entire 7 years she worked at her old job and the only reason she saw her niece the one time she did was because her brother was in her city. So of course all these people that care about will want to ask about your life. She just complained nonstop like it was a big hassel to say "I'm not sure what i want to do for a job now and i haven't met any potential lifemates and i would like to just enjoy the holiday before i have to go back home." Answered alll those questions she hates so much in one go. Must be hard having so many people care, poor Sophia

I love these series of hot, sexy shifter love stories

I love Sloane Meyers' stories. They are hot, sexy, stories of finding your true mate. The way the characters interact with family, friends & other people who come into lives is important to the plot & stories. This story has everything a reader wants: overcoming your fears, finding your true mate, family, friends & a happy ending for all involved.

Beautiful Christmas Story

A beautifully written holiday story. Two bear shifters who are tired of being lonely at Christmas and want their own mates and families. Wonderful characters. Another winner for the author!

I loved this story! Sophia Brooks and Dunn Murray's story was exceptional! I loved what Sloane Meyers did with this Fur Coat Society tale. She involved all of the clans from her previous stories. This was wonderful because it allowed readers who have read all of her previous books the opportunity to get an update on those clans. Sophia is the daughter of Zack Brooks. He had his own story where Sophia appeared as a little girl.

Sophia has made a drastic decision that affects her life in San Francisco. To the extent she is now headed for Alaska much to the delight of her immediate and extended family. A grand family reunion...much to her chagrin because everyone wants an update on her life and love life. What love life. She is thirty and starting to believe she will never have a lifemate.

Finn Murray is an odd type. He is handsome and truly does not like technology. Therefore, in Alaska he keeps to antiquated methods, such as a gas truck, a bar that looks like a dive bar...but he is a professional chef. It is mind boggling in a very hot way. He is rich, but by looking at him you would never now. Loss in his life has affected him deeply to the extent he feels if he never loves, he will never be hurt again.

These two bear shifters are drifters in their own worlds. It is fascinating to follow their development together.
