This brief infographic captures the essence of the book in 15 short bullet points with simple supplemental graphics. It is a demonstration of how the essence of a book can be distilled down to a few points that are developed and analyzed in the book.
While the execution of effective leadership is an extremely complex operation, the fundamental principles are simple. For example, the caption on page five is:
“A leader must constantly prepare and build for the future.”
The caption for page twelve is:
“Leaders must always be open to new ideas and new techniques to improve performance.”
Of course, the bullet points in this infographic could be used to describe many other books, so there is no uniqueness here. However, the points are right and do describe the content of the book, so it is worthy of reading if you are curious about the book.
