A decent intro into calisthenics, but it looks like a low budget ebook. Doesn't have the best pics to demonstrate the exercises. The workout plans are not fully detailed for long term use. And I question the workouts since his plans require the use of the same muscles on consecutive days.
Is the author even real since we don't see him. Why not use pics of him throughout? His absence makes me question the credibility of the book. So does the unprofessional production of the book. Yet there's some good info into the world of calisthenics. It's just not the best book on the subject.
