Casey Brinke has stepped through to the other side-but where exactly is that? Given all the bizarre, unexplainable things that have come into her life over the last couple of days-robot men and talking ambulances and a guy who literally thrives on negative energy-surely this new and surprising world she has uncovered can’t be any weirder. Right?

Probably a bit better than issue #2. Doom Patrol is trippy and mad, but still amazing at the same time. In this issue things get deeper into Dannyland, and talks more about Casey and her destiny. New things are learned along the way like history on the Doom Patrol team. I like that this issue kinda starts picking up the problem at hand. In every issue there's that dreaded cliffhanger aka 'to be continued' that always makes me dread for a month to past by for the new issue to come out (I think DP skipped December and the next one's out in January *cries*) This one has gotta be the worst.
I'm loving how bonkers this is getting. The purpose of Dannyland. The appearance of the funnily named Fugg. Casey reading a comic. Robotman casually and begrudgingly accepting to be witness to Larry and the Negative Spirit rejoining. Great stuff.
This one wasn't as random weird as the others have been, and I'm glad. It's nice to see Danny the Street, or I guess I should say World now. I really like what their doing with Negative Man.
This iteration of Doom Patrol is a bit wacky and odd. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. There's a lot of stuff going on in here. I particularly liked the crisis on infinite earths Easter egg included in here.
I received an advanced copy of this from NetGalley.com and the publisher. .
Struggling with this in the hope it will hit its stride. Just feels that Way is throwing as much Doom Patrol weirdness at the fragmented pages and hoping it sticks. Hmmm.
