X-Risks is everything that's good about the setting of Eclipse Phase condensed into one book! It's filled with horrifying creatures of all kind, all wonderfully illustrated and described, and with rules that make them unique and exciting to fight against. As a gamemaster, X-Risks gave me the hook for more than one adventure. I wish that Eclipse Phase had more of this, and a little less of the often bland and uninspired political intrigues.
