Well hello there bloodbath! This story had a lot of violence in it, and if you know me by now, you know that's a winner in my eyes. The story is about Ashley and what happens to her after she graduates and goes to spend the summer with her Grandmother. One day on the beach she ends up meeting Max and everything in the goddamn universe gets tilted on it's axis after that. I mean, queue the melee! The way the story goes from the first day on the beach is honestly like nothing I would have imagined. It did take me by surprise and it was interesting to see the complexity of Ashley's story as Erin told it. This is not a conventional love story, but it is a love story. If you can see past the violence (which is warranted, it's not gratuitous) then you'll definitely be able to enjoy this read. That being said, I can definitely suggest this story if you like a quick, dark read.

There are so many twists and turns sometimes it is hard to tell if you are up or down. Watchingwhat Max and Brady do to Ashley and how they break her is like watching an accident you want to close your eyes but can`t. Ashley at fisrt fights against Max but learns that it useless and gives in to a dark side she didn`t know she had. Maybe growing up in a house full of deceit, lies and hate affected her more than she tought.
In the beginning it seems she is in love with max then she loves Brady and helps him escape, given the fact she stays behind to kill Max but then seems to love him leaves you wondering. I loved every Dark twist in this book and love the characters. I definetly recommend this book and this Author.

Let's see, where to begin.. I really hate to give a bad review but I gotta be honest... This book was frickin ridiculous! So, we have this naive 18 yr old virgin turn sub to a cold bloodied killer. And with that being said, there is all kinds of deceit, betrayal, lies, etc. The whole love triangle between (Ashley, and brothers Max and Brady) Not my cup of tea. And the way it ended, it was like, "What in the hell happened to Brady?!?" So, many questions left unanswered. Would have like to know more about the Mafia part. It was glazed over.. Not sure if it ended on a cliffhanger or just "BAM* ended. "That's All Folks!"
There was a scene that was just so frickin nasty!
This book remind me to much of; Snuff 2 by Bonny Capps Now that book was completely dark! This book I recommend to someone wanting to try a dark romance for the first time.

This is a story of lies, deceit and pure evil. This is not your hearts & flowers type of love story. I love the authors way of writing. I read this book in one sitting because I had to know what happened. This was a great book, It had me for days saying good god what did I just read but in a good way. Grab this book if you want a dark twisted story that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This is a truly dark story. It pulls you in and keeps your mind guessing what's gonna happen. I didn't see all the twists coming when they did. Left me on the edge of my seat. This story is a real killer.

WOW, it is the only word that comes to mind after finishing this. Do you hate Max love him lust after him find him dark, sexy, cruel, loving? I don't really think it matters Max reaches in and grips you whether it is good or bad. His control and the evil that he is you are drawn to. Now Ashley I had high hopes for and she filled each one. I didn't want a weak, timid mouse with daddy and mommy issues with Max. She may start off being everything I didn't want but as her character grew so did her strength. Watching her come into her own, was a high unto itself. The sex was off the charts, they talk of the ocean and storms early on, I find their sex and love comparable to a hurricane, rough dangerous calm and oddly beautiful.

Ashley has just Graduated , but there is one thing on her mind . How she has never really bonded well with her family , things always seemed off balance , weird and creepy .
When her grandmother becomes ill Ashley leaves her crazed home life behind to take care of her. She ends up finding out her family is not who they say they are and to be cautious before her gran dies . Needing someone to lean on Ashley falls in love with Max ,the Sweet Boy next door , but this love story turns twisted and evil when Max finds out just who her family really is ..Too bad Ashley never had a clue !
Will she make it out of this Hell House Alive ????
This was a Totally Twisted , Psychotic storyline and I Loved every Demented Page !
I loved the way the Author made me instantly connect to Ashley , a girl that just wanted her families Love ,living amongst her family for all these years Ashley knew she wasn't really a loved member because none of them were ....they where all on their own , a pawn in a game , just to get what they wanted and you wont believe the lengths they will go to get it .
You will Love Ashley and Max's love story , That rose would have hooked me in too. Her first relationship happens at a time in her life that she feels like an outcast and not wanted and Max steals her heart and makes her whole again .
That is until their relationship becomes a twisted , heartbreaking lie of Blood , Gore & Revenge .
I loved the steamy sex scenes, they were hot and oh so wicked , especially when Max's Brother Brady decided to join them .
I didn't really feel bad about what happens to Ashley's family members one by one at Max's Bidding , but I did feel broken hearted for Ashley and all the torment , humiliation and death she had to witness and participate in just at the chance to escape this nightmare her so called Family got her into .

Where do I begin with this one? First of all this is not your average love story. This is a story of lies, deceit and pure evil. Ashley has just graduated, when her very ill grandmother requests her to come visit with her. While there she meets Max and becomes very taken with him. It reads like a true love story until it is not. Max has a vendetta and part of the plan is Ashley. Ashley will surprise you and it seems as though evil is more inbred than she realises. I really thought Brady was going to be the knight in shining armour. Nothing is as it seems and everything is crazy, dark and evil. If you are looking for a love story that is dark and far from normal, then you have found the book. The story was well paced and kept you engrossed. The characters were so detrimental. You were holding on for hope and revenge, but it came in a form that you would never imagine. Ms Trejo has written a very evil and wicked story. Once you have finished reading you will still be obsessing over what you have just read, trying to compartmentalize it. To conclude this was one hell of an evil ride.
Not for the faint at heart but well worth the read.

This was a short novella and my first from this author. The storyline was very fast paced and was full of surprises along the way.
Struggling to get along with her family, Ashley leaves for the Summer and meets Max. Max is everything and more than she could ever wish for. Throw in a beautiful brother and Ashley is overwhelmed with love. Until one day, Max turns and Ashley needs Brady's help to survive.
Toward the beginning of the story I did feel that Ashley severely lacked the morals of the average person. So unfortunately for me, I did find the plot pretty unbelievable. I found it hard to read the characters. One minute I thought they were being friendly, but then someone would end up being choked. So in that respect I found it quite hard to engage with the story. However, I do believe that this was the authors intention; making her characters hard to read.
There were lots of twists with this plot and I definitely could not see where it was going. With a little more back story, I think this novella could've made a great full length story.

Well then, that was a whole lot mind play!This dark -n- stormy clustery mass of revenge, lust and love was a crazy train page turning ride that had me hooked in its devilish clutches till the very end. Seriously I finished this book, l looked at my husband he asked me if I was OK apparently my facial expressions while reading this book changed frequently while I was frantically flipping pages! This book is not for the faint hearted, I Loved every minute of this minute this crazy sexy ride!

This is a crazy messed up story. Ashley comes from a family that is worthless. The only person in her life who ever cares about her is her grandmother. After she dies she finds comfort in Max. Until Max turns out to be a scary crazy psychopath.
Crazy story line. Quick read and I was left wanting more. More details. Ashley fought Max for awhile but eventually was too broken to fight.

Dark, twisted and demented are the first words I think about when reading this amazingly written book and I loved every word of it. How far can one innocent and naive young woman be pushed until she breaks and becomes as evil if not more evil then her captors? If you like dark romance stories then this one is a must read.

omg this is one messed up family here and than she falls in love with the devil himself. talk about living with the devil only to become like him to survive! i just loved this book! i hope there will be more like this in the future! thanks for giving me a chance to read this book!

Don't tell. I have turned into a monster. I was pure. I was untouched. I was innocence. Then I met Max. He swears he didn't know who I was. Hell I didn't even know the depth of the lies and deceit surrounding my family, my life. That's changed now. I am changed. He let my inner beast out. Now I am the monster. I rescued Brady. There's no one to rescue me.

This book is one of those that is so dark and twisted, I would suggest reading with the lights on! If you are new to the dark side, kick back and enjoy, but remember once you go dark you never go back!

Warning this book is not for the faint hearted.
I had so many WTF moments while reading this book and wanted to kill a character myself.
Dont tell is a dark twisted read which i loved.
Ash is the naive black sheep of her family, who has no clue about what's going on around her until her gramdmas comes to see her on graduation.
From there she meets Max and well lets just say her world is thrown upside down and she doesnt know how to escape it.
Can she survive the torment shes living??
