Ridmark Arban is the Gray Knight, and he leads the battle against the powerful and deadly Frostborn. But the Frostborn are winning, and without allies, the men of Andomhaim have no hope of victory. The power of the dwarves of Khald Tormen might turn the balance, but the dwarves face their own ancient enemy. And that ancient enemy has plans of his own for Ridmark...
Standing over six feet tall, USA Today bestselling author Jonathan Moeller has the piercing blue eyes of a Conan of Cimmeria, the bronze-colored hair of a Visigothic warrior-king, and the stern visage of a captain of men, none of which are useful in his career as a computer repairman, alas.
He has written the DEMONSOULED series of sword-and-sorcery novels, and continues to write THE GHOSTS sequence about assassin and spy Caina Amalas, the COMPUTER BEGINNER'S GUIDE series of computer books, and numerous other works. His books have sold over one million copies worldwide.
I liked this, yet I found this interesting, even though I knew the characters were going to survive on boy it gave you a few shocks and scares. Also I am glad that the love situation not only got attention but also I an loving how that is going and the battles were interesting too!
I had trouble putting this down from the very first page. It picked up from the last book, and I quickly swapped in the relevant story lines and what had happened so far. The earlier plot twists were a little predictable, not inasmuch as their content, but their pattern, but that soon was turned on its head as the climax approached. The climax was long, drawn out, and made it even harder to put this down. We are clearly getting to the business end of this series, and I can't wait to continue with it.
... which is hard to do. Like many series of this length there begins to to be a repetition, a certainty that no matter the challenge or threat, the hero will prevail. What has been nice is the changing threats, increases in danger, new ways of overcoming it. The main man still is carrying all the wins, though it would be nice if any of the other major characters would win the one-on-one with the big bad. Seeing Gavin’s storyline expanding is nice, along with getting depth on Caius.
Ridmark never disappoints! Just when you think he and his band of followers are getting into deep trouble, the author throws in a plot twist. This is fantasy at its finest. Sure, there are some typos and an occasional word left out, not sure if it's all the authors fault, though. Storyte!ling is gritty bite more overnight than grimdark. It's nice to see the hero win out--at least so far. Just three more books to go! Luckily there will be more Ridmark in two more series!
We are almost there or to get to the conclusion. For me next to RA Salvatore, Robert Moeller is the finest EPIC Fantasy writer ,with R Jordan a close third. The dwarven prince is the continuation of the ultimate invasion of the Frostborn. The main characters are still here with all there strengthens & vulnerabilities. He has kept my total interest through 12 books & I look forward to the last three. This series is great & all fantasy lovers should read it!
Outstanding well written, a intricate tale ,filled with action and creatures,, laced with varying powers of magic, Absolutely enjoyed it , cannot wait to read the next book Have purchased and read all twelve (12) of Moellar's books in this series ! Upon reading the first I was hooked! Great reads !
In book twelve we follow Ridmark and his assortment of follows in to the heart of the dwarven kingdom. They unvale some surprising secrets about some of their group and once again fight for their lives. This time against new enemies, The Sculptor, The Cutter as well as old enemies. Fantastic battle scenes, nail biting suspension, dark magic and blossoming romance.

I have read the first 11 books and love them all. I started with the first book as a free eBook and was hooked. I have already book the other books. I'm also looking for them in Hard Copy to add to my personal library. Morgan Rice & Jonathan Moeller are my all time favorite fantasy authors. I would definitely recommend The FrostBorn series. You won't be able to put it down.
I loved this one as much as the last. I highly recommend all of Jonathan's books. Pick a series, you won't be disappointed! Make sure you have enough money to buy the next one. lol
I rated this with 4 stars! Apart from the missing words and a few grammatical errors, I remain riveted to the adventures of Ridmark Arban and Calienda, as the battle both the Enlightened of Incariel and the Frostborn!
This story just keeps going and going! I have enjoyed them so far and fell in love with the main characters and they fit in the story very well, I think if you got rid of some of them the story would just stop. They are so interlink with each other, killing one would kill them all. Great Reading Everyone!
Well now after setting out with his friends after obtaining allies from one land. Ridmark was heading to try to the get aid of the dwarves. But like the previous ones Ridmark was not surprise of the great evil for which the dwaves face and agree to help for their aid. But they barely over came two great evils and it almost cost Ridmark and the rest their lives.

Love the story, but I am disappointed in the amount of errors, spelling etc. Would be great for the series to be proof read properly and mistakes corrected.
Jonathan Moeller has reached out and grasped the reins in controlling a story which is extremely easy to get lost in. Well written, and very hard to put down as you feel yourself sinking into story. Well Done, and Thank you
