Goonz and Roses: A Bandit Love Story
Dream & Stori are the epitome of good girls. They excel in school and listen to everything their parents tell them. Recently going off to college the girls felt life couldn't get any better, until they receive an unexpected phone call. They are left with the choice of either losing their can't do nothing right brother or stepping into a world they know nothing about & getting their hands dirty just to save him. With the stress of school, life & now their new-found job title their once perfect life is perfect no more.
Dream thought her uptight boyfriend Ryan was the perfect thing to take her mind off the things she was going through, only to find out that he is part of the stress. Feeling as if she has no one to turn to, she finds relief in Duke. Duke from jump tells her that he wants nothing more than friendship, and the two form an incredible bond. Unbeknownst to Dream, he isn't the only dude trying to get to know her. Her blessing in disguise is a goon who wants nothing more than to show her what it's like to be with a real one.

Damn.....
Is all I can say I'm so ready for the next book it was that good but the ending lawd what is going to happen Storm, Stori, Duke, Bless & Kali I love these characters & can't wait to see how it all unfolds

I swear if Quese gets out of his situation he needs his ass beat for having Dream and Stori to step up. Dream definitely came out of her shell with everything going on around her. Stori seemed more headstrong but needed to stop being scared and let things flow. I liked Duke and his brothers even though their approach could be harsh at times. Kali really seems like a good dude and I'm hoping things work out for him. As for Bless, he was rude but I think he'd be a good dude as well. Ryan and his mom both need some counseling because there's some sick bs going on with them. I'm hoping Dream and Stori find themselves out of their situation and nothing too drastic happens to them.

Goons and Roses
This is a different read from what I usually read. I loved Dream and Stori, and how they were there for their brother. They would do what they had to do to save him. I didn't like their parents at all. What kind d of parent would just turn their back on their child. All I can do is ssh at Ryan and his mother. What in the world? And that ending has me wanting part 2 asap.

Entertaining
It took awhile for me to get into but It got exciting near the end. If it wasn't for Ryan's bougie behind, I may have stopped reading but he was too funny. I don't see how Dream put up with his nonsense for so long. I like her and Bless together. I thought that this story was to unbelievable to be good but I was wrong. Drake and his brothers are good guys at heart. They're young but smart and just what Stori and Dream need. Drake needs a girl too though. It got good at the end because they almost made it. I need to know why they keep passing out. Did they get shot? If so, was it the guys who did it? Why was the security guard so helpful? Shouldn't he be worried about his job? Lol we already know he won't be a rapper. Well I'm all excited and need part 2 right now.

A must read!
Never disappointed! Two of my fav authors spells double trouble and double the fun! Loved the storyline and it just flowed and kept my interest from beginning til the end. I loved the relationship that the characters have and just couldn't get enough of them. That ending thou.... PS I took very long to read this book from since its release so Kellz and Toni I need part two please or I'm gonna be in your inboxes! Great read!

It's amazing what we will do for our families to protect them and make them safe. Even when we know they are wrong with whatever they done or did. That's what Stori and Dream deal with when it comes to Marques. He's always in trouble even when he tries his best. So now they have to save him. Saving him means doing things that they don't want to and could get them in trouble. To save their brother they will go through with it. As they are getting things straight they run into Duke who becomes a good friend. He introduces them to his brothers & with that they take a liking to each other. So they begin to see each other while keeping secrets. They have a lot more in common than they know. When Dream and Stori sets out to do the unthinkable they are caught but by some unlikely people. When they discover this how will it end. Part 2 is going to be something else cause everything is coming out. So ready for part 2 to see what happens and how it plays out

I liked it but, I did not love it. It seemed rushed and at times it did not quite flow. It was also missing something. There was no snap, crackle and pop in this story. I did like that it was different from the typical "hood" love stories though. I wish the authors would had given us descriptions of all the characters. Anyway, I hope part 2 will be better. On a side note......with regard to Ryan.....ewwwwww!
