A Variety of Mysteries all in one book

There's just about every type of mystery in every type of setting in this compilation. When I first picked it up, I was expecting 25 novellas. Yes, there are a few short stories, however, the majority are full length books. I love reading different authors and series. This book has given me plenty of opportunities to get to know several new (to me anyway) authors. I've tried to rate as many stories as possible on Good Reads and even wrote some reviews. Enjoy, but don't expect to finish this book over a weekend!

25 short stories or novels - entertaining

From 25 writers, a collection of stories from the normal to paranormal. Vastly entertaining and all different. Cosy mysteries to murder mysteries, I enjoyed the variety and new authors. For anyone who enjoys a good story and a great read.

Great Diverse Selection of Murder Mysteries!

I have never had so much fun reading mysteries involving Italian culture, French culture, British culture, and American culture! Some books included were actually full length and some were short, but all types of mysteries were included with differing genres.

Mercy Mares is a travelling nurse who receieves and assignment in a small town, where everyone knows everyone's business and most are related somehow. This cozy Mystery has Mercy on a dementia wing of a nursing home. I felt like I was in the story with Mercy, when a patient's husband is murdered and she's the prime suspect. The characters straight across the board are all wonderfully developed. Nubbins, one of the residents, along with Betty were my two favorite secondary players with Mercy.
There are points where my heart aches for Mercy, when it seems as though the town is all against her. Whereas, in the total opposite end of the spectrum I found myself laughing at the events and antics that happened. While I did figure out part of theb"who done it," it didn't take away any of the enjoyment of the reveal. I do look forward to Ms. Mallory's next installment in this cozy mystery series. 5/5 stars. ** Cross posting to My Reading Reality ** This will be on ongoing review as they are read

25 Cozy Mysteries in one box set, who can say no to that for 99 cents? This is a collection that I'm really enjoying and I'm leaving my review in case I forget once I get to the end. So far I've read the first four books and I have to make myself put it down or I'd sit all day and read. I'm familiar with only two authors in this set so it's been great for me to read some other works. The mysteries are good and I haven't guessed them before the end which makes me happy. I hate it when it's obvious who did it! Don't miss this box set while it's such a reasonable price. One of the books on their own will cost you this much!

Great selection, good length to these cozy mysteries. For me they were new authors, with a different approach to The Who, What and Why. Definitely worth getting, for one would enjoy them all.

I read this a while back not sure what happened to the review, as usual with collections there are some 4/5 and unfortunately some 1/2 or 3's; I read it because Anna Celeste Burke, which reviewed separately when came out as 5 {have all her books} and there were a couple of other decent or better stories but been a while and chromebook isn't pulling it up for me to glance back through and not finding it on amazon.
