Does not have much actionable advice

This is more of a motivational book with general concepts. There is very little material on actual strategies in running a fitness business. It’s mostly , look for what is missing in the market and fill that void, be the best, differentiate yourself from the competition. I was looking for actual practical advice and real world scenarios encountered in a fitness business and their solutions.
