I really hate Elf on a Shelf, so wasn't really happy that this one was about it. I get that Colton was trying to do something fun for Penny, but Meryn is right, it's creepy. I loved that Felix took things into his own hands.

Creating new traditions
This was such an awesome little, short story. I know that in the past I would have loved to treat The Elf on the Shelf to the same method of removal as Felix uses. Like all of the books in this series, this one made a smile cross my face and laughter burst from my lips. I hope the author continues to share these shorts with us, they really help to round out the Bewitched and Bewildered daily life experiences.

A short short story revolving around Christmas at the Alpha estate from Ryuu's POV.

Ryuu wanted to know how everyone celebrated the holidays and what he would do for his family as a start to a new tradition.

This takes place between My healer and My Savior and totally worth the read to see into there everyday lives.

A great sample of the authors writing technique. All her works that I have read strive to bring family together weither through blood or friendship. This book was a fun read relating to Christmas traditions, we had the fun loving Colton bringing in the elf on the shelf, brave felix soldiering through the cold and snarky Merryn waiting for die hard. All these characters are amazing.

I love revisiting this family and specially during Christmas, when they talk about their own traditions...
