Robert is a non-fiction author, inspired by the work of oral historian George Ewart Evans. He lives on the Suffolk coast, and is currently researching a book that explores our evolving relationship with soil
His latest book, 'Where are the Fellows who Cut the Hay' looks at how life in rural England is evolving, as we all adapt to the threat of climate change.
I don’t know. I mean it is a self-help book so it is not like a fantasy story. It had good advice but I also felt like it was advice that is not a secret. And when it did give good advice the steps to achieve it were not that clear. It is a quick read and has different chapters that are quite interesting. I do not think it is like to read all at once, but to have and look back at chapters when you need it.
The Life Guide was a pretty book. Although its been about a month since I've read it (I forgot to wright the review) i can remember i enjoyed the book greatly. The book was filled with a great amount of facts and resolutions to make a person's life improve. Having many problem solving ideas, the book will without a doubt have a way to solve a problem in life that anyone is facing. Since the book is set up in steps and not paragraphs, it is an easier read. I would recommend this book to anyone because after the reader finishes it, theyll feel better inside.
Concise and easy to follow. Especially loved the 10 items format that had the author scrambling to have at least 10 things to check off and added humor.
