I thought I was interested in starting an estate sales business in my retirement. i enjoy going to them and wondered about the "back story". After reading this very short and easy to understand book, I decided that the life of estate selling would be better left to someone who has more hudspah than do I. I will continue to go to them with a little more knowledge than I had before I read the book. The book is relatively new (2017) yet her prices in the Midwest are significantly less than around where I live. Makes me want to do a little estate sale based travelling. This book is a good beginner book but not the complete story if you are serious about getting into the business.

Very informative! Highly recommend. Gray not only teaches the reader how to handle their own business but also includes stories of energies of those that passed.
These encounter stories are shared with the family of the estate who is in awe of what she received while doing her setup.
I wonder if Ms. Gray will write other books about her sightings? I hope so!
