This was so much fun! I don't have any other Pop-Up How-To books to compare this to, but this gave me what I wanted:

1. Easy-to-follow instructions
2. More art than craft in sensibility
3. Foundational skills that lead to personal inspiration

It didn’t, however, include pull-tabs or rotary designs, which I would like to learn, too.

Starts out simple and winds up with some fairly advanced paper projects. At the end is a gallery showcasing the artist strutting their work. No online references, not surprising for a work published in 1993. A very and useful enjoyable book.

This was pretty good, though I was disappointed that there weren’t any moving pop ups (with tabs to pull and other such projects)

Fantastic book, gives the principles behind the ways to use pop ups, and shows some examples of their use. The examples are interesting and very good. Some shown are quite advanced/thought out, and so inspiring.

Relatively simple pop-up card ideas. Technically it is in the kid's section, but it's not childish. I think it's perfect for pop-up beginners (like me). Lot's of good, simple ideas for cards.

Wanted to figure out how to add some dimension of the pop-up kind for some atc's and cards and I found some great information here that I want to try though I am not great with an exacto knife.
