It reads like a textbook, gets stupid technical in spots, and it’s obvious that the various sections were written by different authors. And don’t even get me started on the layout...
But it’s a phenomenal resource that I’ll be cracking open frequently.

Worth the read. Very informative, especially for the new ham.
