A Good Start or should I say Restart

A quick but spot on guide to help you reset and refocus. When your mind is unconsciously keeping you from being your best each day; focus, face, reset! The techniques are helpful and pretty common sense. Short, sweet and 100% on point!

Compact book

No, it doesn't talk on and on about being mindful and its benefits. Thats the best part, its really compact and with minimal elaboration comes to the point. There are some tools mentioned that can really help getting started with the journey towards being present.
