This is an amazing book best of all 3 (but don't cheat read 1 and 2 first). Dustan really sets out examples of how to be a top broker in our industry. Good job Dustan you are giving so much back to us with this.

Overall I am proud of this Volume in particular and believe that any active Broker will gain and retain more clients with even just a few small pieces of the overall process.
Once again another great book that challenges us all to be better at our jobs and thus be better advisers to the Canadians we serve.
