The premise is that it really doesn't matter who/where you get good leadership training from (i.e. a talking frog in a pond), there can be interesting points to be found. It was okay if you could get past the talking frog. The leadership strategies are tried and proven and very good - I just really wonder why not write a straight-forward book without all the fluff.
This book is interesting. I love the content, the premise is easy to understand and the tips are meaningful. My main complaint with it is how juvenile the writing is, this book simply isn't well written or a pleasure to read. However, it's full of interesting takes on leadership and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve there leadership skills.
