Can a fiery dragon shifter and a curvy human linguist save the universe?
When Abigail Snow discovers her college boyfriend has been cheating on her, she uses her degree in alien languages to get as far away from Earth -- and men -- as possible. On planet Audur, she meets Fenrir Dagursson, heir to the throne of Clan Dagur. Abigail’s instant attraction to the enormous, red-skinned dragon shifter is the last thing she’s looking for … but try as she might, she can’t stop thinking about him.
Fenrir has sworn an oath to protect his homeland from outsiders, so he's furious about the human interlopers ... until he sees Abigail. One glimpse is enough to be certain she's his fated mate. A human? Outrageous! He’s determined to resist, but that way lies madness … and his dragon is going crazy wanting to claim Abigail.
His efforts to court his reluctant mate are disrupted when she uncovers a sinister plot that threatens the welfare of the entire universe. Can Fenrir persuade Abigail that his intentions are serious while they race against the clock to stop the unspeakable from happening?
As a paranormal/alien romance avid reader, I've never ever picked up a single dragon shifter book. I have nothing against those, but I just couldn't wrap my mind around the fact a man would shift into a dragon. It just doesn't seem feasible. Man to a dragon. Nope. But I promised myself that I would read every single book of this series — that won't be too difficult since Luna is an amazing writer. So I started reading it and, oh boy, I was in for a ride. It did impress me a lot. The book is so great and Fenrir is amazingly charming! In fact, Abigail and Fenrir are one of my favorite couples so far! If Luna was to write a whole series of alien romance with dragon shifters, I would read them all. <3
Abigail is on her way to space to get away from her cheating ex. When her fellow team of miners land on Audur, the home of the Falurians she was not expecting to be entranced by the king’s heir, Fenrir. Fenrir on the other hand is not going to let her go easily. This is a stand-alone and you don’t need to read Thabo first, but it does help with knowing what species are being discussed. It was a very slow build relationship since it mostly revolves around plots that were out of Abigail and Fenrir’s control. Overall a good storyline.
Abigail has studied alien languages at University, and hopes she is ready for her first real world experience using them. Fenrir is an Alien warrior who only truly trusts his own species, and is not impressed by outsiders -- until he meets one who in the age of a Universal language and auto translators, has taken the time to perfectly learn his native tongue.
After years of being a student, Abigail shines as an unexpected teacher.
Talk about...out of the frying pan,and into the fire! Fire dragon that is! Fenrir is one of his planets top warriors, oh...and he hates humans. Abigail is all human, and running from her failed relationship on Earth. I guess you could say they are polar opposites. Grab the book and hold on for the ride, excitement ahead!
This story made me laugh and enjoy it so much had to read several chapters over again that's how much I enjoyed it am glad am reading in order as well from the Zoran Warriors to Galactic Mates Luna wrote it perfectly flowing together😊
This books needs a good proofreader. So many mistakes. I wish I could say it took away from the story but nope. Cookie cutter, cheesy, corny stereo typical alien romance. Not even a good one.
Abigail is the only female in this crew and when Fenrir sees and smells her he is utterly infatuated against his own judgement. Abigail tries to disappear when he shows up in the human's section but Nathan feels bad for the lovesick shifter. Will love conquer all?
Wonderful installment to the galactic mates series. I loved reading about the dragon shifters. Intense situations, and feelings that show the struggle to understand love, fate a d tradition.
Absolutely beautiful story with lots of action and strong feelings. Friendships and relationships jealousy and romance all comes together for a lovely story.
So much better than what I read of the first one. This felt far more immersive... I actually liked both of the lead characters...and we had a plot! Cool!!
4 STARS Much better than the last book and I know Nathan wasn't a MC but I loved him!!! Quick, sexy funny read and the typos have gotten much better.... Not all gone but much better :-)
Luna Hunter never lets me down. She is an awesome science fiction romance novelist. I have not been reading her work long, but I have loved every book that I have read by her. She can take a story line and make the character’s work in the story line perfectly and at the same time having you believe what you are reading is real! “Fenrir” is no exception to the rule. She grabs your attention at the beginning of the book and keeps it till the end of the book. You get so absorbed in the book you just do not want to put it down. You have a gorgeous dragon shifter, a curvy alien translator, mystery, traitors, and oh my gosh SEX!!!! What more could you ask for in a book? This is one you do not want to miss.

Title: Fenrir Series: Galactic Mates Destination: Book 2., 123 Pages Author: Luna Hunter Reviewer: Ingrid Stephanie Jordan Genre: #SciFi #Aliens #DragonShifters My Score: #4Stars☆☆☆☆ ♡¤▪♡¤▪♡¤▪♡¤▪♡¤▪♡¤▪♡¤▪♡ This author has yet to disappoint me every time I get a book from I her have everything that I ever wanted is in it Adventure, Betrayal, Fear, Suspense, Action Packed, Lust, Love, Hero's and Strong Heroine's. Abigail Snow joined Calloway Corp to get away from her cheating ex-boyfriend, a whole other planet sounded good. She has been studying many alien languages so she became a translator. Being hired to translate Falurian and coming to this peaceful planet was wonderful, it look so peaceful, so beautiful. Going to a meeting with the Ruler was scary an exhilarating, they didn't know I was a translator and one of the men standing next to the King started talking that he hated us that we shouldn't be there. I looked at him and I could not take my eyes off of him he was just magnificent I was frozen, I couldn't move, I couldn't talk, it was like I was a statue, I'm in trouble. Fenrir is an Alien Falurian Warrior who just became a Magni which is an Elite Band of Warrior from the Planet Audur. A lot of his training was to help control his temper, everything was shot out the window when he found out his father was letting humans on the planet especially on their Mountain. After a few days he went to the healer because he was sick he couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, had a fever he didn't know what was wrong with him. The healer realized Fenrir has found his elska his fated mate. A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.
Abigail Snow an expert in alien languages who is on board a mining vessel operated by Calloway Corps has just been woken from her cryo-sleep as they have arrived at their destination the planet Audur the home of the Falur a dragon like race . Floating above the planet is the Observer the Intergalactic Alliance's space station. Abigail will be meeting with Vilmar the Falurian ambassador on the Observer and then continuing on down to the planet to act as an interpreter for her boss Boris and Nathan the lead engineer who is her only friend on this mission. The Falurians have Jarls who rule their own areas of Audur and it is to the Jarl Dagur that they have come to get permission for their soil samples. Dagur's son Fenrir is not at all happy about this as no humans have been allowed to land let alone walk on their sacred ground. But Dagur wants his people to be able to interact with humans and the Intergalactic Alliance and he has appointed Fenrir to watch over the Abigail and the miners. Fenrir has started to experience some strange symptoms around Abigail and seeks the healer who tells him he has met his fated mate. He and Abigail are drawn to each other but some of miners are not what they seem and Fenrir will have a hard time trying to protect all he holds dear. This book is such an interesting read. I love the interaction between Fenrir and Abigail as they find their happily ever after. Thank you to Luna Hunter for the wonderful review copy. Highly recommend this book.
When your running from a disappointed life and end up on a distant planet, the one thing you don't see coming is him. A job is a job and she's only here to work. Hiding is looking like a better option then facing her dreams and the intimidating man who comes everyday to check on their progress. Humans. In his training they are not welcomed here. Getting to know her has changed his mind just a little. Fighting fate may no be an option now. But something sinister is going on and he must make it right. Such a real joy to read. Hilarious and intense situations, fantastic characters. Very well written story. Can't wait to read what she writes next in the Galactic Mates Series. High five*** This is one of those authors you don't want to pass up on reading one of her books. I voluntarily received a complimentary copy for an honest review.
Abigail was a human asleep for 6 months in a cryo-sleep pod on a trip to audur, the Falun home world. she is aboard the minning rig called the Rusty Weasel
Fenrir is a Falurian warrior and part of an elite group called the Magni. his father is the Jarl of his clan. when thier ambassador Vilmar on the space station Observer makes a deal with the humans they send the Rusty Weasel to study the soil and take samples but that's not why they are there and what they take. Abigail and Fenrir get more out of this meeting then they thought possible. I love the characters they are fantastic. lots of action and great storyline. IF your a syfy fan or a shifter fan this story will take you on a fantastic adventure. YOU will not be disappointed in this one Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it
Fenrir and Abigail…these two need each other but as the story tells it, they don’t have a clue about it! This is the first in-depth look we have of a Falurian warrior, that is up close and personal, and whew! Pretty hawt HEA between Fenrir and Abigail. Abigail is a translator with a mining crew/ship that comes to Fenrir’s planet for some samples. Fenrir is the son of a king/leader who balks at having humans on their planet. Rough start to a relationship but it gets crazy and fun from there. There is intrigue, a love story, friendship, and betrayal…all in a quick read. I enjoyed the story and want to find my own winged alien!
