An extremely satisfying conclusion to the Valens series
Reading the final book in a series can be nerve-wracking. You've invested time, gotten wrapped up in a new world with fascinating characters, but then their fate is in the author's hands. So having just completed Vanquished, I'm happy to report that my investment has paid off. Whether Andy Lewter writes more about Valens, or if she moves on to other worlds, I will follow hook, line, and sinker.
