I had just finished reading a really bad erotic anthology immediately before I started on this one so compared to its predecessor, this collection of stories was much better!
As with most erotic anthologies, the main focus of each story in this book is the sexual encounter, the story coming to an end very soon or immediately after the characters climax. What is different about this anthology though is the amount of detail, depth and character development each story contains. Despite the brevity of these stories, Remy was somehow able to create some believable back stories, easily imagined settings and some pretty decent character development. Overall, I was impressed by her writing style. Although I didn't read anything that was mind-blowing or spectacular, I was pleased to find that none of the stories were boilerplate or predictable. I'll definitely be open to reading more books by this author in the future.

The first story was charming, the second one bland, the third funny and surprising, the fourth an overwrought disaster full of bad purple prose which I simply cannot stand.

Well this was, for the most part, a very pleasant surprise. The last story, however, was a let down. It felt rushed and lacking the quality of writing of the other three.
